Anyway I have still been unable to locate the missing picture. As such, I have developed this plan:

-try to re-take pictures during holiday breaks when I'm home
-finish Toy Saga though the end of Season 4 (2 chapters remain)
-in the meantime, maybe make a college comic that will be in continuity with Toy Saga (this won't happen until after a few weeks when I get an idea of what my work load will be; also I don't really have much for ideas story wise)
-post college comic in a new thread (Toy Saga is now more of a serious-with-side-of-funny comic nowadays, a college comic would likely be all humor)
-when the 4th season is finished, request a thread merge so the college comic and Toy Saga in the same thread; that way they can share a thread, but the college comic won't mess up the order of the Toy Saga chapters (plus it would be in continuity time wise, as the college comic will take place after Toy Saga Season 4)

In the meantime, working on the Animated Season 4 Fanfiction Project will become a priority for my free time, so look out for that.

OK, still no new comic stuff sadly. I've yet to think of a good enough premise for a College Comic. I had one idea that stuck- a Team Fortress 2 'crossover' where the Mercs and toy Saga gang have to defend various areas from invading robots, Cybermen and Daleks. There are currently 3 problems with this plan: 1. I have yet to finish building the LEGO Team Fortress 2 cast; 2. I don't actually have my LEGO Cybermen with me; 3. It would feature characters I have yet to introduce to Toy Saga, and I kind of want their appearances to be in order.

Don't know if I mentioned this, but over thanksgiving I'll head home and see if the missing pictures somehow ended up on my old laptop.




But I didn't come here just to give you bad news. No, I came to offer a further glimpse into the future, by saying what figures I have/might be getting!  

I have recently acquired AOE Crosshairs, Generations Swerve Generations Rhinox and generations Doubledealer. Two of these guys will for sure be in the comic. My brother has Evasion Prime and Hound, the latter of which I would love to work into a future chapter.

Characters I'm looking for the most are Windblade, Chromia, Sky-Bite, Skids and Brainstorm. Nightbeat and Jhiaxus are also on the radar, but less so.

As for what has been revealed at BotCon/the Comic Cons...

Generations Superion: Not that interested, as the Aerialbots have always been kinda boring to me.
Generations Menasor: SWEET MERCIFUL PRIMUS THIS WILL BE MINE AT ALL COSTS.
Legends: Grouped together because there's not a lot I want. I may get Bombshell, but only if I get Shrapnel also. Hoping for Tailgate. Blackjack will be a must-buy, only because he's part of Menasor.
Combiner Optimus: No thanks.
Leader Thundercracker:I won't be getting him personally, but my brother LOVES Thundercracker. If he manages to get this this figure he'll probably FORCE me to work him into the comic.  

Any other AOE figures: My brother is looking to get the 3-pack with Rusty Prime, Crankcase and Rollbar. He really only wants the former 2, so I might trade him for Rollbar.

RiD Bumblebee: Pass. I have enough yellow bugs.
RiD Sideswipe: Maybe, as I don't have a red Sideswipe. Oh gosh, the contrast between him and ROTF Sideswipe...
RiD Grimlock: He looks cool, but I'm good with Animated Grimlock.
RiD Optimus: Pass. I have enough Primes
RiD Strongarm: SHE WILL BE MINE. I'm glad she is a lot less blue than I first thought because I was afraid she'd just be a truck version of Chromia, but thankfully their colorations are very different.

KRE-O: I'll get the battle Changer Soundwave for the Minion figures for sure. A lesser priority is the Hearts of Steel Starcsream KREON form the new blindpacks (that re otherwise stupid because they took away the transforming feature, AKA the main selling point).


TL;DR version: no new comics yet; when they come they will have new characters

 

I need that TF2 arc.

 

Hey, people- I got an update!

What? Oh, no, not a comic update. Sorry. You probably got excited seeing this thread on the first page again. Whoops.


So those missing pictures from the next two chapters? Yeah, still missing. I had intended to re-take them over Thanksgiving break, but the few days I had were jam-packed already. However, Christmas break I literally have 3-4 WEEKS off. Needless to say, I plan to re-shoot the missing pictures then.

As for the college comic, things have been WAY too hecktic this semester, and next semester doesn't look any better. I REALLY don't want to start a story arc and have it die for a months on end (AGAIN). I will, however, save the ideas I have for a potential later time.

Regarding those ideas, I mentioned there were 2 problems- LEGO Team Fortress 2 stuff not being built and my lack of Cybermen. I now have MUCH more TF2 stuff built and managed to retrieve my Cybermen over Thanksgiving break, so by the time these ideas go into action I should have everything taken care of.

So I apologize for this entire YEAR sucking update wise. I mean, I probably haven't even put out 15 updates. But on the bright side I've been learning the ways of Photoshop and Adobe illustrator, so the crappy visual effects just might seen an upturn in quality.

TL;DR version: Will retake missing pictures over Christmas; no idea if college comic will happen anytime soon.
