What happened to the faces?

 

LegoTFGuy has been busy, so he didn't have the time.

Yeah, it's Trollestia. The wiki is correct. After all, I was the one who made it.

Though this is the first time she's appeared in the actual comic, and not just in that one random April Fool's day pic.

Nope, this is a new version of Trollestia.

Yup. I'll re-edit this comic sometime this week to have the faces.

 

I'll just say Hasbro's the troll here for making the blind pack Cadence looking like her.

Whoever she is.

 

OK, since I haven't done this yet, I'm gonna do what Megatron_91 did and say what I think of the new BotCon toys so you can expect what to see in the comic in the future.

Generations:

Bumblebee/Goldbug- only mildly interested; might pick up the Bumblebee if I have spare cash.
Trailbreaker- I think my brother is going to get him, so he might appear
IDW Megatron- bought on sight
Orion Pax- pass
FoC Thundercracker- I think my brother is going to get him, so he might appear
Hoist- Not entirely satisfied with my ROTF Hoist, so he's possible
FoC Skywarp- Bought on sight to have 3 Deluxe seekers; hope to find a FoC Screamer to get the trio in the same mold
Waspinator- pass, as I have Animated waspy already (but I'm really happy for the Beast Wars fans)
G1 Dreadwing (or whatever the Megatron redeco is called)- pass
Scoop- have to see what he looks like; sounds VERY cool, I'll most liekly get him
Armada Starscream- will have to see what he looks like
Rhinox- will buy if I have money
Doubledealer- will most likely buy
Whirl- bought on sight (love this guy)
Legends Swerve- bought on sight (love this guy, too)
Legends Tailgate- bought on sight
Legends Sharpshot- bought on sight
Legends Cosmos- looks nice, might get if I have extra cash


Beast Hunters:

Prowl- pass
Bumblebee redeco- pass
Laserback redeco- pass
Arcee- pass
Knockout-pass
Cyberverse Jet/Ace Vehicon- will buy multiples hopefully
Cyberverse redecos (G1 Smokescreen, Bumblebee, etc)- pass, though I might get the Predacon redecos for the fun of it
Commander Ultra Magnus- will buy
Commander Unicron Megatron- pass
Commander Bludgeon- might get if I have extra cash
Upsized Cyberverse- Might bother with the Predacons, no Bumblebee or Smokescreen; Voyager Predaking looks cool; might get Voyager Optimus

Construct-a-bots: look VERY cool; might get a few, maybe more if I like them enough


In other words, HASBRO is getting a bunch more of my money.  

 

Do you think you'll be switching over to a Construct-bot body instead of a Bionicle, sticking with your Bionicle body, or are you going to make a Frankenstein mashumup of both?

 

I expect him to do both  

 

What about the platinum series?

 

If I return I'll be in the Skyquake-inspired body from 'The Ultimate Showdown.' I don't think BIONICLE and Construct-a-Bot parts are even compatible.

Too expensive.

 

the pegs should be compatible at least a bit since they're 5mm

 

I pretty much agree with LegoTFGuy except that i have plans on getting Orion Pax, Dreadwing, BH Prowl, BH Season 3 Bumblebee, and Bludgeon.

 

You forgot about Generations Skids.

Skids is bought on sight. (I LOVE me some MTMTE figs.  )

 

They are releasing an Armada Starscream!!!, how come I didn't know that.  
That's way too tempting.

There haven't been pics (he's only in the prototype stages), but he was announced at the Botcon panel.

Here's hoping we at least get prototypes pictures at comic-con.

 

I'm seriously HOPING that the Bruticus two-pack is under a hundred.

(But I'm pretty sure he will, the retail on all of 'em is $95)

 

Probably would be either YOTS Omega priced or slightly more
