Here is the pictorial review of HA Basic Icepick.

Icepick based on his bio is apparently the PCC Icepick. He comes with a HA sized figure named Sgt. Chaos.

Icepick to me almost seems more feminine this time around. The face reminds me of Nightbird for some reason and the slim legs and almost stiletto heels make him on the more feminine side.

Icepick is a triple changer like his other HA Basic counterparts but he almost more like 4 modes. Vehicle, vehicle attack mode, weapon mode, and robot mode.

OVERALL:
The HA basics are neat little figures. But IMO out of the first wave, Icepick got the shaft. Not as much articulation, lack of weapons like the other 3 and his weapon mode just seems rushed or not as well thought out. He is still a cool little figure but I kind of expected more.

SGT. CHAOS:
Basically the same as other HA figures.


VEHICLE MODE:
In alt. mode he is a very nice interpretation of a snow mobile styled vehicle. HA figures sit on him just fine and can grab the handle bars with ease. The guns/blades can either clip on the back seat, or on the skis in front of the vehicle. He has a mech tech port located on the back underside of the seat.










VEHICLE ATTACK MODE:
With the mech-tech port depending on the figure, he could attach to a vehcile as well.





WEAPON MODE:
Basically in this mode, Icepick becomes a mech-tech gun of sorts to be used with Voyagers or Leaders.




ROBOT MODE:
In robot mode, Icepick has a bit of limited movement. His head can not move back far as it hits part of the plastic behind it so he will always be kind of looking down. But the head can move left and right with limitation. He has elbow and shoulder movement. Legs bend at the knee and can rotate at the hip. The placement of the treads can also be up to you. You can keep them folded up and stored or have them separated in a few different poses.

 

I like the head design. It gives off the same "creepy robot" vibe as Prime Soundwave. But mostly I'll get him because of Major Havoc.

My god, you're right. It...it's uncanny!  

 

Despite his/her? flaws, it's still a purchase. Mind you it will never leave snowmobile mode but, that's the selling point for me. Sgt. Chaos having a Decepticon sigil is icing on the cake. Great pics btw! 

 

The curvy-shaped limbs kinda made me think this guy wouldnt look good, but it seems he might be better in person. Frankly, I want to buy him just cos he's a HA Decepticon... which means his partner is selling out humanity  

 

I agree with the feminine features, and we need some Femmecons.

Agreed, the mold works perfectly as a femme. Now I can't stop thinking up potential names for her.

My Review of DOTM Icepick









































before May 16th, just get the break street of HA Icepick.
the vehical mode is really really cool, and looks like something not Transformers, and good enough to play with GI-joe..even the scale is not that right.

and the weapon mode is funny...just snowmobile filp up his things to the front and make something like a saw....WTH...

and the robot mode...the head is cool, something robot with spider web..and feels like starscream....dont know why..
