So recently I stumbled across the zone fandub I downloaded a while ago and was reminded of a question: Can anyone identify for me the awesome sax and guitar solo piece that plays when Dai Atlas finishes off Predaking?

I'd like to tell you, but I cannot read the Japanese on the Transformers History of Music 1984-1990. :(

Oh dang, I didn't know it was in that. Figures I guess. I got the history of music a while ago and never got around to actually listening to every single song... but anyways, thanks for the tip.

The piece you want is actually a part of the full-length version of the Zone intro theme. The song goes through the first verse, which matches up to the intro, then the instrumental, then goes into the second verse of the song.

On the history of music disk, check out track 18 on disk 5, it's the instrumental of the intro (although the solo itself is the same whichever version you listen to. The one used in the episode is the full length vocal BTW, it just cuts off right before the song cuts back in)
