Hi, Apologies for the slightly crappy photo's - I'll try and take some better ones tonight. Here's my Zoids HMM Liger Zero Jager. It has taken FOREVER to finish this, and to be honest there is still a little bit of detail work left to do on it, but I'm just desperate to see the back of it I've called a day on it for now lol. It is all hand painted, no airbrush etc, in Tamiya acrylics, every part cut off the spru, assembled, taken apart, sanded, primed, painted, detailed and reassembled. I modified the rear leg thrusters that hinge out and down (the white housing at the top rear of the leg) to have some slightly larger thrusters in there - the ones supplied are tiny and the artwork in the instruction books shows bigger ones that look so much better, I had to have a go. Currently I've not weathered it - I'm still debating what to do here. I like the clean look but can see it could look epic weathered. I also want to get some decals on it but am still trawling through pages of Gundam decal sheets to fins some I like. Anyway, hope you like it so far. Thanks for looking.
I used to collect the shit outta Zoids as a kid. They look fantastic nowadays, I may have to get back into collecting these.
Cheers guys, appreciate the comments. I used to love the original toys too, then I saw this for sale and just had to have it. I've since seen the DiBison and Iron Kong over at japan-cool and despite me expecting it will take me a year to complete them I might just have to do it haha. I've just ordered some decals so despite my promise to myself to leave it for now, I won't lol. Sorry I've not taken new pictures with better lighting - been busy with the day job (boooo)
