These look nice. I don’t believe I had any of the figures from the original toy line, but I do remember thinking they were interesting. These are cool looking updates to the originals.

Holy shit I just played with a Zak from this collection. Went home and ordered this line plus a few doubles. I never collected Sectaurs as a kid so I don’t have a nostalgia connection but these figures are NICE. These are the best 3.75 figures I’ve ever handled. I messed around with enough kickstarter toys that my expectations are usually pretty tempered. These are worth every penny. I highly encourage anyone even mildly interested in and who can spare the $23 to try one and witness excellence. Fucking excellence.

All in on these things. All in.

Damn you tattooed, stop tempting people to buy more stuff! I am close to buying a few of these and trying to find the cartoon. I do not remember the storyline. Only thing I remember this line had insects and spiders puppets that the figures ride.

Haha. I just bought the 8 issue Marvel comic run myself. Mark Texeira on the first two issues and poor Bill Mantlo on script. I was also watching the first episode earlier today. How weird that the 80’s just dropped stuff like this and.... it failed. Testament to the best age of children’s entertainment.

Some of the best action figures I’ve bought. I thought all the torsos were repeated but every named character has a unique head and torso. Splayed hands on a 3.75 figure? Everyone one has holsters and pistols? They are all heavy and tight.

my uncle's wife had a high-level PR job at a U.S. ARMY chemical munitions storage depot
that my family lived about five miles from back around the mid-1990's.

her, my grandma, and some others invited us to a day of screwing around at the base's outdoor swimming pool,
and we burnt a couple of hours beforehand playing some billiards in the pool hall in the base's main office building,
where they happened to have an original SECTAURS poster on the wall.

as a somewhat high-strung young teen at the time, i had evidently thought that poster the coolest, most metal-looking/sounding thing i had happened upon all year,
since i ended up falling right into some embarrassing pattern of freaking out and bellowing "SECTAURS!" every time i managed to pocket a ball...

Man, those look awesome! It’s too bad most companies don’t put that kind of passion into their toys.

You really need to grab one just for the experience. Trust me on this.

Lol, you are quickly talking me into it. The magnet feet might have been the feature to push me over.

No idea these had magnets in the feet. Now I want some to put on my fridge! I hope they do the insects too.

Man, I miss my original Sectaurs from when I was a kid. I loved these figures back then and their glove-type bug vehicles were so bad ass.

I considered getting in on the KS campaign back when it began, but there was something that threw me off of it and now I can't recall what it was.

    Now, I just want one...

I never had the originals as a kid but I thought they looked cool. I just didn’t get the puppet appeal. Now as an adult looking at a pretty fully realized 80’s toyline with its own little universe... it interests me, ordered the 8 issue comic miniseries. At the end of the day the toys are just amazing so... into the collection they go. I will be buying whatever they make I really hope they get around to the bugs I want them all.
