I took these with my iPhone with the figures in my cabinet (all LED lights). I was looking for better pics of the unaltered metallic versions as well, so hopefully these will help a few peeps. I'll add a few more of the individual bots shortly.

I just bought this set from ShowZ and I am excited for it! Bruticon is on the way as well, Zeta seems to make good stuff and I am so hyped for MP scaled combiners.

 

You won't be disappointed. I don't have Bruticus, but Superion is great.

 

It has me excited. Truth be told, I don't have much of an attachment to the G1 Aerialbots/Superion but I am on a Combiner kick lately and doing a full watch through of G1 (along with every other Transformers show), and expanding my MP G1 collection, so this seemed logical. Plus Superion just looks so damned good, I couldn't pass it up.

For people who've bought the boxset from ShowZ: How much did you pay for import fees?  

 

Just got my metallic box set on fri. Opened it last night and 'air strike' is missing a tail wing. Contacted baba. Hoping to get a replacement part, since this is still in production.

 

I don't know if you're joking or not, but I only paid the price shown on their site. No other fees on any figure I've got from them.

I'm not. My retailer doesn't have them anymore unlike ShowZ. The Netherlands sucks when it comes to fees.

FT may win on sculpt but this set wins in so many other places, paint, alt modes, combiner mode, its fun as heck to play with and transform, price.

Now if Zeta stick to this formula, combiners, parts forming, g1 toon *praying*

Been a while since I've been in the collection room and my eyes were drawn to Superion (and DX9 Omega) as I walked in. They nailed the size and proportions.

 

Agreed. I love that I’m able to transform them without instructions for example.

Although, man, the face sculpts range from okay (Slingshot) to yikes, WTF were y’all thinking (Fireflight).

I’m definitely on the hunt for new heads/faces so I can really make this set pop.

 

Yeah...I'd be in for a set of replacement heads too.

Talk about rotten luck. 2 bots broken right out of the giftset box. Looks like screws which were over tightened during assembly. Such a disappointment.  

Reached out to bababobo to get me replacement bots or parts. But I think I got a lemon set to have 2 bots with the same problem. How common is this problem?

 

I got the same problem (straight out of box) with my Silver Arrow from Show Z Store. 3 months later and still waiting for replacement parts.

 

Have they even shipped it out yet? Because that amount of time is unacceptable to me. I would just rather return it. I thought Zeta was good on replacement parts. No?
