The idea that FT is gonna have even a single AB out before Zeta finishes theirs is pretty hilarious.

SB is near release and the last two are pretty much just Alt mode remolds of the previous two.

I love me some FT, but come on now, we all know how they operate at this point.

So I finally took the time to watch a video of Zeta's Bruticus for an idea as to how Silverbolt will turn into the torso. As I understand it they basically just made Onslaught into a box that inserts into a truck trailer turned torso. I think it works fine for Bruticus but the Aerialbots don't have any extra vehicles sized extras like a trailer. I usually don't mind partforming but just having one big torso that doesnt otherwise do anything else seems a bit much.

To be honest I only watched to Bruticus review in fast forward so I might have gotten it wrong. Can anyone offer any insight?

 

That's pretty much it. If you're gonna display in combined mode most of the time then there's not much of an issue. If not either get a bigger accessories drawer or look at something like TFC Uranos instead. As it stands that's the next biggest Superion. Fanstoys are doing one too but that's being talked about being even bigger and the only way to do that is by doing a similar thing as this.

Partsforming on this scale is pretty much the only way to keep scales of robot/combined anywhere near mp scaled until mass shifting becomes a thing. The positives to take out of it are improved proportions, posability and stability. Depends whether that's a worthy trade off to any individual.

 

Skydive looks like he may be the sleeper of this set. Jet mode is so clean.

 

I really like the current heads. How about "toy" inspired or at least MP/realistic styled heads for the remaining 3? Quit changing the aesthetic of sets mid stream. Keep the set consistant PLEASE. Just come with options for both...

 

I realized just now guys that Blitzkrieg and Silver Arrow are different prices,Blitz is $135 whereas Arrow is $140,I thought their wasn't gonna be a price increase from what someone said a while ago.I just hope Slingshot and Skydive remain the same price as the other two limbs.Does anyone know for sure?
