So, I have blitzkrieg on order and already have the all the limbs, what all do i need to keep an eye on/fix so it doesn't topple and make me want to do harm to the designers, lol. I remember seeing things about the leg bot connectors and the knees being an issue, but the metallic issue doesn't have these problems, did they do a mid run change on the originals too or did they not change it until they ran the metallic set? I also understand that it is back heavy, which is understandable given everything that is hanging from it.
Any insights you can give are greatly appreciated.

They fixed the knee with Bruticon non metallic, but not the Armageddon set. It's the Swindle knee connection I believe, but there were fixes I think, too. You'll need an Armageddon owner who has done it to advise.

Some people had issues with attaching the propellers too, I think. I found it easy eith Bruticon, but not sure if that was a change made or luck on my part.

The tracks on Brawl. Fiddly as all hell with how they slacken off in leg mode and you have to position just right.

And yeah, there's a lot of stuff on the back, but it's not terrible

I've had the limbs for a few months now and have figured out the tracks, what makes it really easy is popping off the covers to get the hidden part of the tracks to lay the right way. I didn't think the propellers were that big of a deal, but I've done line assembly work for 25 years so that was old hat, lol.
The Armageddon issues are what I am worried about the most, thank you for your answers, gives me an idea and a direction on what to look at.

For anyone that cares, the Armageddon version Brawl has plastic linked tank treads that are pure ass. The Metallic Bruticon Brawl has a rubber band like tread that folds and stuffs down the leg easily.

this is the panel I was talking about, makes it much easier to get the tracks in the right configuration.

Finally ordered this after seeing the price creep up and up. I haven’t really seen any mods or upgrades which screamed out to me, but I’m assuming that will change once it’s in hand.

The metallic version comes with one pair of rubber tracks for Brawl. Brawl had been remolded to eliminate the old plastic tracks.

I don’t know if anybody is still on the fence about this guy, but I would seriously hesitate. Maybe I just got a dud but this is probably the biggest bust I’ve ever gotten from a 3P company... and I own Constructor.

He at least stayed together. This thing - specifically Vortex - just sheers apart in your hands. The tabs are awful and counterproductive and these parts are held together by what looks like small pieces of bubble gum. Both of them came off while trying to untab two other parts which not only wouldn’t properly tab into the hood of the cockpit but also got so stuck to each other that they just melted apart under any sort of pressure.

The only reason I’m keeping it is because I can glue it back together and pretend that it will still be worth the money I spent on it if I ever decide to unload it. But it’s a total piece of shit.

It looks great. But the moment I took it out of the box, I thought, “Oh, shit... It looks like Jinbao.”

If it weren’t twice as expensive as OS Gravity Builder, I might ignore it. But the pieces which broke did so because the screws were only sunk to the part of the port which broke, if that makes sense. So, short screw, cheap plastic and one, tiny port holding a large pod onto the side.

Combined with horrific tabbing and you’re asking to snap it in your hands.
