Idk why but I feel like the figure looks better with Cliff's head than Bumblebee.
Kinda wished it was cybertronian car remold tho.

 

Looks good, just wish it was a cybertronian remold instead of just a few new bits and red paint.

 

Haha. If only Cliffjumper had actually gotten an Earth mode in the movie... I was hoping he'd be a supporting character in the story. Not sure why he keeps getting killed off as soon as he shows up. First Prime; now the BB movie... this doesn't need to be a tradition.

 

Looks good, the head sculpt is impressive! Would’ve been awesome if more remolding was done for the alt mode to be cybertronian. It would have made his chest look like the movie, I guess it’s a earth mode Cliffjumper?

Looks cool might pick it up.

 

Head sculpt is fantastic but that is not enough to attract buyers without his cybertronian mode

 

Oh, I know what should be said: I wish it be downsized to legends scale

Cliffjumper is Transformers' redshirt - an unimportant character who will always die in order for stakes to be established.

 

Until a writer who wants to put in some effort comes along.

 

Honestly, Bee is already nice, but this mold looks better for Cliffjumper   .

 

A little more remolding to distinguish it from Bee in vehicle and alt mode and this would be an insta-buy.

 

Apparently the hammers can be combined. Definitely needs a new chest.

 

I didn't mind it as much in Prime. He actually got a little bit of development (a little bit), plus the fact that he was voiced by the Rock made you kinda expect him to be a regular, so when he died it was a bit of a gut punch (makes sense - I'm sure they could only afford the Rock because it was pretty much just a cameo). Plus we got to see his connection to Arcee and it went a long way to developing her character.

In Bumblebee, though, he was just plain a wasted character. Ooh look, it's that guy you remember from the old cartoon. You like him, right? Oh no, the bad guys just killed him. These are big scary badguys that you'll take seriously now that they killed your beloved character, right? I mean it might've worked if Cliff had been given any character beyond "I'll never talk." Also, what is with the interrogation tactics of Decepticons in that movie? I need this information so tell me pretty please. Oh, you said no once? Guess I'll just give up on asking then.

Er... I guess we're talking about the figure here. It looks nice and I kinda like it. I really like Zeta's Bee. But unfortunately, I don't feel the need to own a figure of a character who did literally nothing in the movie and that figure doesn't even come close to looking like him except for the head.

 

Oh, interesting. I didn’t really have any interest in the Bee version (already have the MP and 3A versions, good on Bees). But this has that kind of “one-off oddball” quality that sometimes really endears figures to me. Will think about it.

 

But he was cut in half...? And never made it to earth??

 

It looks better in red.

 

Some 3Ps enjoy doing "what if" figures.

 

Another lazy repaint of Bumblebee into cliffjumper. They need to be different cars. Or at the very least Cliffjumper needs a cybertronian mode as he never made it to earth.
