It's not. It's beautiful in both modes but there are lots of inaccuracies on the planet mode.

 

Hate to bring you down, but it's Pitney Bowes. Based off my experiences so far (and I'm still waiting for them to hand off to USPS after 2-3 weeks on an express package), I wouldn't be a bit surprised if they haven't given your stuff over to USPS by August. They're F-ing terrible. Hope your experience is better than mine has been so far.

 

Yeah.... the 1 star reviews didn’t inspire confidence. Especially one from my state. Well shit, I’ll just expect the thing In September. Showz just had to choose these fucking guys....

 

On the bright side Show Z is now definitely becoming aware they're a problem. Hopefully this won't continue to be a thing.

Also my slowboat Shockwave (which is not nearly as out of line as my express unicorn) now seem to be in the same load and may be traveling together. So it may be that Unicron stands out as the exception (although plenty of people with Slow boat Shockwaves already have had them for a long time).

 

Would have been nice if they became aware before a several hundred dollar order..... (this is my most expensive order from them)

As far as I’m concerned, it’s a lost package.

 

Hopefully you'll still get it, showz hasn't shipped mine yet as large parcels aren't being shipped yet and I can't afford to give them $31 for slow boat shipping

 

Yeah, if I don't have my order next week I may file a claim or discuss a reimbursement for the very expensive express shipping as this has been anything but that. We'll see. Also debating about keeping my 2 preorders with them or moving them. I know this isn't their fault and they didn't know when they had to find new routes. But my recent orders from TF-direct and Sirtoys both got through in relatively normal ship times. Both actually shipped after the Show Z ones and arrived before.

 

Well my brother and i ordered on the same day, he will get his slow boat in 1-2 more days, just 2-3 days after my express packaged.

As far as slow boat goes and PB, ive had a ton of stuff come from showz in the last 3 months and while PB is slow it always eventually came in. If you are patient its fine, you just have to be really patient some times, and other times its super quick.

 

Day 6 of Pitney Bowes, sitting on my order... kicking it from room to room in Hebron, KY (AKA Greater Cincinnati Airport... YES, it's in KY),
a whopping 34 minute drive from my doorstep.
I've spoken to SFX, PB & USPS either on the phone or in person, NOBODY can tell me more than any tracking site has.
Pitney Bowls says USPS has it, they can tell me...
USPS says PB hasn't forwarded it to them yet.

Honest... This is BS.
I will NEVER pay for expedited shipping EVER again.
Sat for a week in Monroe, NJ, and now a week in Newport, 34 minutes away, and I can't do a damn thing about it except wait.

UPDATE:

I swear to God, Pitney Bowls just waited around for me to call every company known to man before moving this thing out of their warehouse!!!

FINALLY got a REAL UPDATE from USPS saying my local department had my package, and will be delivered "TOMORROW"!!!
As pissed as I am, and so happy I could burst!

 

Think you're happy now? Wait till you open that box!

 

This delay with paying for express shipping and wasting money is now just making me expect the worst. If my package does not have tire tracks on it and bullet holes I will be disappointed.

I would say it's a 50/50 issue with Pitney Bowes and the USPS. I have had plenty of items travel via the PO with postage paid by Pitney Bowes. (Which needs to be clarified, most shipments carrying their name are simply because the seller bought batch postage from them.) I've had no real problems. I do know you can use them to ship items through them (if I had to venture a guess, I'd say they most likely rent another company's trucks, rather than have their own fleet...that would certainly cause a slowdown.) but I've never personally experienced it, I don't believe.

Right now, their tracking is confounding. Entertainment Earth sent something using their postage and I can't make heads or tails of the progress. All the USPS says is "USPS is currently awaiting item" and PB's tracking is just...insane.

 

More like Pitney Blows, amiright?

 

My slow boat Unicron arrives tomorrow from Show Z. Exactly 30 days from shipping notification. Can’t wait!

It's because the acquired newgistics. That's the actual subsidiary that does the logistics. They're terrible and let stuff sit in a facility for weeks before moving and they'll often scan an item into the same place multiple times or send them the opposite way across the country. The post office usually doesn't receive the package from them until it hits your city.

 

Oh, crap... It said my EE Order was sent Newgistics, originally. Fook.
