What’s YOUR point? I was responding to someone else saying exactly this already.
Honestly this feels less like Screen Accurate MPM and more like Screen Accurate Studio Series 2.0 Bee,. What\'s the scale for him again? Is it CHUG/SS or Masterpiece?
TE may have the best sculpt, but their Bee be one thick boi.
Whats the SS stand for? I know CHUG/Classics Henkei! Universe Generations. But nothing SS goes with that, does it?
Studio Series is the new Movie line from the last few years. It revisits characters from all 5 movies. In terms of consistency and quality, it's been questionable at best.
Strong disagree, Studio Series has been a fantastic line with very few figures that could be categorized as poor let alone bad. Plus the general consensus around the boards, that I can tell, is that its a great line
The only part that has been iffy, have been some of the deluxes. Other than that I haven’t found a single bad voyager, or leader class figure so....
Your opinion is questionable at best.
I’m only partially kidding, but still I strongly dissagree.
It is, and I am the manager
Just the fact that it's continued this long shows that it's popular. Come January we'll be over 50 figures into the line, and we know it's continuing into 2021 at least. That's amazing! Most of the movie lines petered out after 4 waves or so.
Studio Series. Basically what CHUG is but for purely the movie fans.
I completely forgot about this, and now I'm giddy all over again. Can't wait to see a finished sample, easily the best looking 3P Bee that comes closest to the movie model's proportions and details.
EDIT: Wait, 18cm?? I thought this was a SS replacement, now I'm having second thoughts. This thing is fucking huge, what the hell is it meant to go with?
I can count on one hand the amount of genuine flops in SS so far. Ironically, Bumblebee Movie Bee is the worst figure of the line.
MPM apparently, which with the way the legs look and how lanky he is, makes me tilt my head.
18cm? That's taller than the friggin Camaro MPM! It might scale with TWs Prime, but i can't think of any others.
Yeah he is definitely one of the weak ones. I can't choose a specific worst figure, I am fairly easy to please when it comes to figures, but he would be the most likely candidate. But I even like that figure to a certain extent. Studio Series is such a great line.
For worst figure, I'd nominate either Blackout or the Bumblebee movie villains.
I don't own Blackout, admittedly - but he seems really finicky to transform or stand. However, none of the figures released for the BB movie villains were decent enough for me to consider buying them.
This killed me bc their cars look great together.
Waitaminute, I didn't realize that either! God it's so hard to keep all these 3P figures from various companies straight I always forget about how freakin big they seem to want to make everything and when 2 or 3 companies are making the same character at the same time it gets even more confusing
That's....a very unpopular opinion.
Oh. Well I nominate siege jetfire for worst figure ever of all time. Admittedly I don't own him but I just assume he sucks and that's why everyone's buying him and loving him.
Blackout is fantastic marred only b his weird hands, and really only Shatter is outright terrible. Helicopter Dropkick is just small and inaccurate, but car Dropkick is excellent and makes me so mad that the SS Shatter is as shitty as it is.
Hell, I'd settle for a KO of Shatter that has better tolerances, movie-accurate headsculpt and moves the thigh kibble to the upper arms. It's not really a badly designed toy, it's that the piece of shit just falls apart at at glance.
Separate names with a comma.
