The truth is I found the rear bumper is not that important (at least for me), since most of the time this figure stays in robot mode. So the one I really suggest you try is swap the head with POTP Elita-1's combiner head, that completes this figure.
I've also seen the Orthia head put onto Nicee. I dunno if it's the paint or what, but it's jarring to me to see such a boxy head on what are curved bodies. Zeta ARC is a nice figure. She's been my MP Headmasters Arcee forever especially since Arcee's personality changed so much she was more or less a new character to my eye. Her head is not the best and the missing bumper are black marks, yeah, but hard to beat the price on an MP scaled figure with such decent pose engineering.
I got my toon version in today. Haven't had a lot of time to mess with her, but here's a quick comparison pic vs Rouge. I don't know what the fuck they were thinking with the rubber weapon holding hands. They are completely pointless. For the other hands, it's fine, but there's no way to secure the weapon in a rubbery hand that can't fucking grip. /rant I might see if I can find some quick drying epoxy that won't destroy the rubber. Maybe put a little on the inside of the hand and hold it at the desired position until it sets, then let it cure overnight and see if it'll hold the guns.

I'm gonna do up a bunch tonight prolly, after I dig out my chug arcees and put a waterslide on her. The closed fists that mine came with are the ones where she's making the peace sign, so they don't really fit with the blasters... the other ones are jazz hands, pointy finger, thriller hands (or sassy hip hands), and the weapon holding hands (which aren't closed). Aesthetically, I think she looks way more 86 movie cast than Rouge. I like the backpack, especially the way the wheels are on it, and her height. The coloring is awesome. I like the face just as much as Rouge's. They're pretty different and neither of them really hits 100% for me. Arcee needs a robot face and a robot jaw line. I don't like that everyone tries to make her soft and organic. Her joints are all very, very tight. It took me a few minutes to realize that she had thigh rotation lol. Now that I've wiggled them and her biceps a little, they feel pretty good. Rouge's backpack pisses me off because of the two flaps that are constantly falling down and the thing as a whole doesn't lock in at all (I do have the 3d printed center piece that holds the halves together). Arc's backpack is much more stable on its own, so far.
I do like it a lot... I just hate that she didn't come with one pair of rigid hands to use with her guns. I'm glad I waited for them to come out with the toon coloring.... now I just have to wait for Takara's MP Arcee to see how that one stacks up!
Among all Arcee, vehicle mode this one probably the worst. But that's usually not a big concern for Arcee display. For Takara MP Arcee, seems it can't even stand by herself... which is a bigger issue for me.
Haha yeah, I don't want to derail the Zeta thread talking about MP51, but I don't mind doing creative posing for bots that have stability issues. I don't really like using posing stands, but I can always get a little 3D printed base made (like the old MMC fembots that had the food pad) that'll support her without too much distraction.
Just curious, did the first Zeta release of this figure (the metallic color one) also come in a brown box?
Ex-05B looks much better than the toyworld release. Best looking MP release bot mode in my opinion. Very good materials and sculpt.
