Just a question is the top your favorite or is the bottom your favorite?

 

In general people tend to rank 1 as the best in top ten lists. And I'd stand and fight anyone that says Tactics is a crap game and undeserving of being in among the best games ever made. Very few games trust the player as much as Tactics does. It will let you literally break the game inside the first chapter if you want and if you're willing to grind it. But it's still accessible if you choose to play fair with it. It's also more than willing to put you in a no win situation or toss you into a challenging map with no warning at all.

Add to that it has one of the more interesting stories playing out over the course of the game. Tactics isn't scared to let the whole royal court drama play out in the optional pieces of lore it doles out, while the life of the grunts is scary and confusing. People are dying and fighting over a cause that you really have to dig into to understand why everyone is even fighting. It refuses to spoon feed you the story too.

It's a challenging game, but once you really get it, it's one of the most rewarding games I've played.

 

I never said tactics was a bad game I've never played it i was asking because some of the lists aren't numbered and for me i usually put the best on the bottom

Well, two years on my opinion hasn’t shifted much.

I think I would give Jurassic World Evolution 2 the edge due to deeper customization, quality of life changes that have really freaking helped, the addition of marine and flying reptiles, and more diverse environments and content. JWE will always be the game I shed blood, sweat, and precious metal with, though.

Kingdom Hearts III has edged out II: Final Mix due to the additions from the Re:MIND DLC, primarily the onslaught of the Thirteen Seekers of Darkness data rematches and Yozora. This was the true test of your mastery of the game and even though the base game still has major problems like pacing and shot for shot remakes of Disney movies, it’s still overall a great game. Also if Christopher Lloyd had voiced Master Xehanort from the get-go it would’ve been 10/10.

Pretty much the same old. Other favorites are Shrek SuperSlam, Toy Story 2, Assassin’s Creed IV (which is objectively a better game than III), Star Wars Battlefront II (2017).

 

Changed it up,swapped CvS2 and MOH with MVC2 and DOOM after some thinking, mainly out of fun factor. Even if I think CvS2 is a tighter and more solid game, MVC2 I think is a lot more fun

 

My list has changed since I finished Dragon Quest XI early last year, which is the best RPG I’ve played since Final Fantasy VI, and it took a spot in my top 10. A couple of HMs changed too.
