Crystal Caves. No seriously, it came bundled with DOSBox to make it run. Still a fun little title.

Not sure why I never pop into the video game section of the forums. Need to fix that. Anyway, here's my most recent haul:

Huh. I got those Turok games digitally earlier this year and now they exist physically...
Cool! First physical release of a Turok game since 2008.

My nephew is already getting a Switch (original with blue and red joy-cons) along with Luigi's Mansion 3, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for Christmas.

His younger brother is turning 4 years old in February and he and his brothers visited me last Sunday and to my surprise he can now carry on a full conversation and plays video games very well. Both were playing SSBU and it dawned on me that might fight over the system to play. So I went to Best Buy and got these for them:

    Switch pro controller
    Sonic Mania Plus

And I got Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster for myself for $25.

Yeah, I usually hold out on digital for a while to see if a physical release pans out. I had both of those Turok games on N64 carts back in the day, so it's definitely cool to have them in physical form once again.

Good call on Sonic Mania Plus. Start 'em young on classic Sonic.

    Last week:
I bought Yoshi's Wooly World for us and had to return it because the disc was scratched and wouldn't read.

My kid wanted Dark Souls, didn't like it and took it back. We put our combined cash back together to go get her PMD: Gates to Infinity. She's enjoying that more.

    This week:
Put money down on a pre-order for Battle For Bikini Bottom. She can't wait. Thank goodness she can take the Switch in her room, because I can't stand Spongebob.

Got two eshop cards and snagged DK64 and Minish Cap.

I do enjoy it. I always thought it was funny. I was pleasantly surprised that Ninty didn't censor the port. I'm having a bit of a hard time learning the controls since there is no z button on the wiiu pad and I'm not familiar with the N64.
