2 part question. What is the Best Transformer [what people might conceder a Holy Grail] in your collection right now. What is that one transformer that has be aluding you that you want more than anything? The best Transformer that is in my collection right now is 20 Ani Prime My Holy Grail transformer is a complete G1 Optimus Prime
The best in my collection right now would have to be my almost complete original G1 Metroplex. I mean, I do have better ones like the re-issue Predaking, and 20th Prime, but I consider Metroplex to be the star of my collection right now. My holy grail is a very common grail, Fort Max.
I suppose my Holy Grail heh would be either the Botcon 2001 figures (which I still think are the best to date) or possibly Takara MPOP just because of the money I spent on it. My personal Holy Grail is my G2 MISB Archforce (Hero Megatron but in Euro Packaging was called Archforce). The one I would most like to add I think is probably all the various TF comics over the years including variants. Considering the sheer amount IDW has put out already and I only own 1 individual issue I would have a lot to catch up with.
Well in my collection right now I would say Brave Maximus. With Honorable mentions to Star Convoy, Primus, and God Ginrai. The one I most want to add is Grand Maximus.
My big want right now is the Transformers Jr. Rodimus Convoy. Probably not going to find it anytime soon, as I've never seen it on eBay, and even Google searching it turns up very little. (If anyone has any leads, feel free to PM me )
I treat anything G1 MISB as a grail. As an MISB / reissue collector, those G1's not reissued hold so much value to me.
My best "holy grail" I own is Predaking, I guess because I paid the most for him. The "grail" that I want is G1 Fortress Maximus.
Best in my collection: 20th Anniversary Prime Grail: Hmmmm....so many to choose. Maybe Computron; I got Scattershot when I was 12 and have only recently completed Computron, better late than never.
My current grail is my complete soundblaster. My grail want is a LMC Metroplex. I would eventually like to get a box for it if I ever get it...
I have all the dinocassettes and five headmaster heads. I think must be are the ones I have that are desired by the most other collectors. But only the hardcore ones, I guess, so maybe MiB Fortress Maximus, MiB Shockwave or MiB Jetfire? I know what my personal holy grail used to be: the Predaking giftset. Then the reissue came, and I purchased it for $90 or so. Now that was the biggest anticlimax ever.
nowadays the Holy Grail in my collection i have to to say is all G1´s MIB and MOC from when when I was a kid...and they are a lot!...I never tawsed the boxes cardbakings nor the inst. books or the inserts away so...along with a Michael Dobson autographed Armada Thundercracker...Oh yeah and the guitar below...is it countable? :huh My wanted holy grail would be a MI(S)B Sky Lynx or Trypticon...
The holy grail in my collection is real blue Bluestreak in box Holy grails I use to own: Star Convoy, Battle Gaea, Desaras, Overlord. The one I truly want now is Marlboro Wheeljack.

The only TF I really really want is a masterpeice or alternator megatron. And that doesn't exist yet (to my knowledge).
Of what i own... oh man, don't know. Probably my BW Grey Convoy or re-issue Megatron, neither of which are so ultra hard to come by. The Holy Grail that i want... SHOCKWAVE. Aside from a MISB Megatron, SHOCKWAVE is the only G1 guy I care at all about. Just so happens to be my favourite character. Also, I'd love to track down a MISB Jap. BW Rattrap, 'show' Terrorsaur, and Scorponok.
My Brave Max. I would really like to find a complete G1 Overlord, G1 Liokeyser, G1 Victory Leo and G1 Star Saber. And the G1 Big Powered set.
