All that dough and you choose a mere 23inch 1920x1080 monitor? Dude, if money is no object.

Yes you should aim for the top if we're talking about "your dream rig" ;)
As for myself.. well right now I would love a Sli rig with 4x GTX 690's in it..

i'd take your PC setup, connect it to my 55" tv and not have to strain to read emails...
(seriously, i use ZoomText to magnify up to 11x on my laptop.)

i don't play PC games, but i'd love to do some video editing on a screamer like that.

I don't bother looking until I need something new, however my main machine is a Phenom II X6 1090T Black Edition with 16GB of Ram and my Media Center is a Sandy Bridge Core i7 with 8GB of Ram so aside from some Video Card Upgrades I will not be doing any new from the ground up builds any time soon.

I'm actually pretty fine with my current PC. I love it! :)  Perfectly suits my needs and as usual is custom build. And it still runs like a dream.

It's even hooked up to my large LED TV, so I can watch videos and play games from the sofa :D  and of course it's connected to my surround system as well.

It boots in 7 seconds to the desktop :D
