I'm serious. Having it for a week I find him a pretty fun toy. I mean sure the colour scheme is way off and inaccurate to the show model (mainly the wheels) and the staff is really cruddy but I love the head design and he smirk he gives. It adds character.

Plus his car buff coat looks real snazzy.

I like this figure over all, it's not as bad as every has made it out to be and honestly with a more accurate paint scheme and perhaps a buzzsaw attachment. He'd be perfect.

Still I thought he was a good attempt.

The only thing that bugs me about him are the unpainted wheels. (Which is an easy fix in itself)

Regardless, he is a cool little figure. I recently purchased the one that comes packaged with the DVD.

I love him as is. Reprolabels, some paint, and Fakebusker's upgrade set add a lot, though.

He's pretty good as a figure but most people mistransform him, even the ones that think they got it right.

Once you figure out a way to lock his "coat" panels onto his chest and find a suitable [to your liking] height for the neck\head panel in relation to his shoulders, he's golden.

Sure, he's off [by adding a swivel to the front wheels you could just transform him as he is now and just rotate them around] a bit and needs touching up to look decent, but as a base figure he's pretty fun, neat, and much more solid than people give him credit for.

I agree he's a pretty fun figure and I think he captures the show's character well.

Agreed. He one of the very few gems from this whole line. Honestly...I fiddle with KO more than the Vehicon that gets so much praise. After u figure out how the chest is SOPPOSED to go...its a GREAT figure.

I've had the devil of a time trying to get his rims just right, but aside from that I agree. Very easy to fiddle with. Satisfying in both modes. HATE the factory paint. None of this is fresh sentiment.

I like him a lot more now that I took off that stupid maroon color and painted his rims.

The figure itself is fine. It's just the paint that's a let down such as the wheels.

I thought that I was going to dislike the figure before I got him but once he's in hand he's actually no a bad little figure. A little fiddling with some paint and he's set. :)  He doe have good articulation.

    I love the figure.

But I loathe the Reprolabels set, it looks so bad to me.

He's a neat little mold with a decent transformation scheme. Yeah, the shrimpy size and inaccurate colors and lack of paint hurt him a bit but he's not horrible. Reprolabels will go far in improving his deco, along with accessories like the buzzsaw attachments from iGear's PP05 figures.

I must still be in denial then. I've tried to find redeeming qualities about him, but I just can't. The plastic seems thin and hollow, the paint (or lack thereof) is atrocious, and as a whole he just feels like something picked up at the dollar store.

I say this as a fan of the prime line too. Only figure I have yet to buy in mainline is sgt. kup and I'll probably pick him up this weekend. But compared to how other figures in this line feel and look to me, he just falls extremely short.

I might consider the reprolabels set to spice him up a bit though. Those look pretty damn good and I want the rumble set anyway.

    Try counting again.

He's got a ridiculous amount of paint on him. He just needs way more to be accurate to the onscreen model, which is covered head-to-toe in colour that couldn't possibly budget out.

You're right, I just took him off the shelf.

He has a lot of apps, but like you said, nothing that makes him very accurate to the onscreen model, which detracts quite a bit.

    he is already! :lol
