I have been eyeing up some of the yolopark products for a while. i have heard good thing about them, and really wanted to try them out, but didnt have the spare budget, or time to think about trying them out... Well, few days ago, i was putting a amazon order together when i finally decided that i wanted to try out the mini megatron kit... Getting it in hand, i gotta say, this is an extremely fun figure! Assembally was a tad scary, as the waist was extremely tight going on, but after putting it together i was kinda amazed, this is alot of toy for only 13$! The knee joints, and elbow joints pull more than a 90° angle, and with the several alt hands he comes with, you can get him into some extremely creative poses... My copy unfortunitly has a plastic swirl going through his mouth, i at first thought it was a crack, but on further inspection, its "inside" the plastic... And while we are on the head, i will have to say, this is one of the cons for the toy, it just is so bad its not funny, it seriously looks like megatrons lips were stung by a bee or something... Comparing him to my other megatrons, he is about small deluxe in height, and is about 2.5 heads taller than the blokees megatron... Overall, heres some of my pros and cons: Pros: * Cheap * Easy to assemble * Highly articulated * Decent acsessory count Cons: * Plastic is a tad thin * some joints are WAY too tight * metalic plastic swirls in inconvinent places * Crap head sculpt Overall, not a bad toy, it offers alot for only being 13$ Solid 8/10
Gotta go with the Blokees one.... It was a little more fun putting it togther, has slighly better articulation, and to my shock, despite it being cheaper than the yolopark one, it has significantly better plastic quality...
Funny, even the solicit photo of the AMK Mini Megs has that jetting line down the middle of his face, someone screwed up where the dye comes out in the mold. Kind of a shame that they didn't knock this out oft he park the way they did the AMK Pro Megs, but for $14 I can't say it's the worst thing I've ever seen pictures of.
