I only got back into collecting in Febuary this year thanks almost 100% to this site (TFW2005  ).
So i started the year off with about 60 TF's, all of which were from when i was a kid!
Then i came here and saw there was a massive market/world of TF's to relish in....

So no more BS here's my year in review:



150 + TF's

Very nice, clear picture..... I also get alot of collecting inspiration from websites like this one..........Also, I never had Metroplex and you have two of them!

 

  And i got them within 1 week of each other  

 

There's still G1 MIB Magnus and MP Magnus on laybuy to come too   

 

Awsome Soundwarp, I got back in to collecting 2 years ago. When I ways really young I had G1s but sadly none of them are alive also I collected Beastwars 10 years ago and some of them are still around. I have accumilated 140 odd Tfs in 2 years.

 

All that in 1 year's awesome!, 2 Metros ... cool

 

That looks like a pretty good year!   I've absoultely no idea what my version of that would look like, and I'm kinda glad. I spend way too much on these things. I did a shoot of my collection at the end of '04 though and archived it on my page. It's insane when I compare it to what I have now.

 

  I'm waiting for CM to come in here and embarase me..........

That looks like a nice year. I may have to steal your idea, though and make my own thread like this... I've had a pretty decent collecting year, too. Maybe not as good as yours [and my picture taking abilities suck, while yours rock] but still....

Wow. That's a lot! But oh well, if you can afford it and it makes you happy, i say GO FOR IT!  

I think I've spent about... well, right around a $1000, maybe. I don't know... I'll have to think about that one.

 

hey soundwarp, great looking collection, and concidering that you only got most of it in the last year is impressive.. and 3-5000 is about what ive spent on tfs in the past couple years too, so dont feel to bad..

Great idea and great collection! I don't know how many I got this year...definitely much less than you, though. Spent less than 2000 bucks (AU$), and quite huge chunk of that is international postage
