Congrats man :thumb , although i'm sceptical about those takara book prices. An 84 original mib costs the same.

I remember before I had a G1 Prime I was going crazy trying to find #0 for a decent price, but I gave up and got the New Years's convoy for cheaper and I'm happy with him. Plus he's more cartoon accurate with blue windows and blue eyes.

The #0 Prime, while nice, seems a bit too pricey for me. I would have gone with like the new years or the encore one. But that's me. Congrats on your grab though! It is an awesome piece.

I really like the packageing with the Takara Reissue not so much Encore or teh original G1. The artwork of prime really catches my eye and along with the open face box. It will look great on my shelf with my other G1s I have.

I was watching that auction but let it go. Too much to pay with all the Encores out there.

Congrats! I really dig the Bookstyle packaging, I can see why you went for #0.

That's easily the best looking Prime packaging (IMHO). For a while those spiked to $250. Nice score man!

Wow, I haven't watched TFC toys that have had Encore releases and I'm surprised they still go for so much. Maybe I should sell my Minibot, preorder the Encore set and just buy a loose Gears.

    a crappy one yes..you wont get a c9 box mib for 182.

and the 0 Convoy is the best reissue out there on Prime. No one else comes close.

a a MISB 0 Convoy can still cross the 200 mark the one in this auction has been open so its 182 for a MIB one not a MISB one.

Congrats man..the best prime reissue out there.

Awesome, bro. I've been wanting one of these forever too, but have always been outbid on them. So I know how happy you must feel to finally get one! Congrats!

Congrats man! Always wanted that Prime to go with the #06 Megatron, but his price went way up right when I went looking for him. (right after all the online stores sold out)

I love encore Prime and the rest, but these bookstyle packages seem a lot easier to store and to keep in good shape

I agree fully. I think he is well worth the price and leaps and bounds above Encore Prime IMO.

Depends on where you look... patience is a virtue at times.
Yes Takara #0 has a very nice box & artwork but considering you're actually paying roughly $100 or more for the box as such, I'm not really impressed.
But hey its your money and whatever you're willing to pay for it is fine with me, just as long you're happy with it.

I dont think I have enough G1s to display(Devy and The Dinobots) Prime so I am keeping him in the box as a display piece.
