I feel like calling this Airachnid is pretty generous, the only similarity I see is in the alt modes. Looks pretty good for what it is, although I'm not that enthused by the colors.

Also, what on earth is going on with the mandibles in spider mode and the skis + rotor blades in helicopter mode that they feel the need to censor them?

 

design looks sick, hopefully there's a way to completely remove the chest and make it flat or something similar (if there isn't, at least the size isn't as 'noticeable' as the other female figures)

Conerned about the heels and hips are more designed for sex appeal that stability, but still willing to give it a shot.

the human skin color is such a terrible choice imo. it's uncanny.

 

I was so pumped when I saw the thread title. Really not interested in these over-sexualized figures, thank god for APC toys

They ruined it with the fleshy face and skin tone. Remove that, make her face a tad more robotic like in TFP, and it would be a cool take on Arachnid.

15.5 cm, so that's a little over 6 inches tall in robot mode..?

 

I'm not...really seeing that face as flesh colored in this render. Seems to have a bit more of a pinkish tint to the grey, but otherwise still seems robot to me. This looks oddly solid, though. Definitely curious.

 

It’s a fleshy pink, kinda like how Widowmaker in overwatch is purple yet technically skin toned.

 

It helps that her 'skin' isn't ... like, a realistic skin tone, it's more like a light lavender, I just wish her lipstick color matched a bit better.

Dark purple lips I think would've worked with that color much better.

 

I think here, it just looks like a warmer version of the usual metal color, so it's pretty fine to me. Just doesn't strike as a skin tone color choice. Maybe the eventual physical thing will do more, but as is, it's very believably "metal" skin as I'd expect.

 

Would have to metallic to be believable as pink metal. Otherwise being matte idk how it can ever be seen as metal imo.

 

It needs more purple and gold color tbh.
I hope the non-colored part would be colored in the future.

This looks good. Surprisingly the human like head seems to work. I would hope they can make it so it can be swapped with a robot-like head. But it's peaked my interest.

 

Frankly, this is a better attempt at a female transformer than what we got from BingoToys/CollectionSpace.

EDIT: 2 spider legs formed the copter tail, 2 wraps around the front to function as the frame. I wonder if the remaining 4 (blurred) are actually functional as rotor blades and doesn't require any parts-forming.
