I want to see what you guys think, do you think they should introduce Scorpy in the animated show at some point? I think they should because he could fit right in, use a little bit of the original and some of the movie version and he could be badass.

So what do you guys think?

On a side note I did NOT read the synopsis for all the episodes this season for TF Animated because I didn't want to be spoiled.

Yes but as a giant monster, maybe an Upgrade for The Headmaster?
he could be a gigantic Scorpion and he could be captured and taken over by the head master

I say nay. I think they should stick with the BW practice of small groups on both sides, and I also think we should use more iconic characters from G1, mainly all season 1 characters with select few from season 2 and 3 of G1, plus characters from other series that won't stick out like a turd in a punch bowl.

Nay. Scorponok from the movie was kind of lame. Unless you are referring to the original. In that case closer but still Nay.

I think Scorponok wouldn't be needed at all with the Headmaster around.

Would be nice to have a G1 comics-esque version around. Maybe let him be one of the Decepticon generals, and perhaps the first to sign a treaty with Ultra Magnus because he realizes that the war is, well, pointless.

I want a break from Scorponok, I like all versions of him but could do without him just this once.

I like Scorps (well G1 and say...the movie version, wasn't a big fan of him in BW actually)...but I say we take a break from him.

I agree with razorclaw...they should stick with a more BW era smaller faction approach, as BW showed us it really really helps with the characterization and makes for a better show overall.

Some minor roles and whatnot from other characters here and there are fine, but keep the core cast to a smaller size.

G1 Marvel Scorponok would be nice.

    But not necessary.

Scorpy just wouldn't really be the same without Lord Zarak, and introducing both would take too long. Of course, they could do Zarak as a Luthor-esque wealthy, powerhungry buisnessman, who signs a pact with a Con general for more power.
But the Headmaster idea is good too, as long as they keep Scorponok sentient. For those who don't know Marvel Comics Scorponok - all other version (save IDW's and he's written by the same guy) pale in comparison. 8)

More importantly, though... when do we get Animated Ratbat? ;)  Come on - a glorified Decepticon accountant is always fun to watch. :)
