I think it's going for a steely ice white, grey but not grey, kinda colour. Which I suppose is kinda what we've been looking for, just not in the way we envisaged it. If that makes sense?

The engine is metallic. This is a metallic effect. Kinda. You know what I mean :lol

Now that you mentioned it, I looked more closely and it is very light purplish gray.

It looks white against that pre-yellowed white. :p

    ...sooo...
That whole discussion we had a few days ago about how you thought XTB's combiner bots are too short, and that MMC's bots are too short too, and only FansToys are big enough, and that carbots are CHUG... after all that, now you're saying you're not bothered by the height of the XTB combiner bots after all.
    o_O

Anyway, glad you're finally happy with the size. ;)

I am not too bothered with the height of their First-Aid, which is what you are eluding to. At the time when I made the first post you quoted, the XTB First Aid was not yet revealed, and I had no idea how tall he'd end up being in robotmode. If Blades turns out to be same height, I am all for it. The last post of mine you quoted was in regards to some people complaining that he is too tall.
Their Streetwise and Groove are still too short for my tastes (which is what my first post was referring to), but as they are going into limbmode as soon as the team is complete, it is not a dealbreaker for me. This is why I am also buying the MMC Protectobots, to display them as individuals.

I never said that the MMC Protectobots or Combaticons are too short, the only complaint I have with them is that their Onslaught is too tall, but again it's not a dealbreaker. I did say that I find all available 3rd party Arcee's on the market too small, which goes for Toyworld, Fanstoys and MMC. Again, personal preference. I'd like to see a more bulky Arcee in the same vein as their Eris.

This may come as a surprise, but I have different opinions on different releases by the same company, even within the same combiner team I can be happy/less happy with certain individuals. This doesn't sound too unreasonable, now does it? :p

And I am happy with what I have seen so far of their First Aid. :D

I just want to reiterate that I mean no harm by these conversations/discussions we are having, I am neither upset, nor incapable of handling a different opinion, so I want to thank you for carrying on our talk in such a respectful manner.

You think the TW/Zeta Arcee is too small? How big do you want her?

I owe you an apology for that one, the Toyworld Arcee is indeed not too small, the figure is just ugly.

that video has me somewhat relieved. That transformation was far less psychotic compared to the "oh shit" feeling i had when i watched fuzz(And im someone who generally doesn't mind those types.). i was kinda impressed at how simple it was considering its a bike. Its finicky, so im sure bobby skullface will want to stab it, but it comes with the XTB territory. And those arms dont look anywhere near as blue which is good. Will wait to see how blue, but hes combined for me anyway. Feeling optimistic

The reviewer said that he would only transform every member once and once only if each of them has a transformation similar to Fuzz's.

I am hoping there will be a Fuzz v2. Or maybe they'll make the toy version less clunky to transform.

XTB and their current run of over-complicated transformations will likely come in Bot mode for the foreseeable future as a bone to throw to those collectors who either never transform their Masterpiece figures, or are too afraid to transform them for fear of something breaking. I would be more than happy to be wrong here... though, but I'm betting I'm not.

This doesn't look like a bad transformation at least.

They can always release a box set later with every bot in limb mode.

Fuzz really wasn't that bad, I think people over exaggerate sometimes.

I just transformed Fuzz a couple of days ago for the first time, and he was the first Transformer I had to refer to the instructions for in a long, long time. I always give it a shot without instructions for the fun of it and 99% of the time is successful. Also, he was the first Transformer I've ever had to stop, back up a couple steps and try it again. Now that I've gone back and forth between modes, it wouldn't be too difficult to do again. But, I have to say, he's not that enjoyable and most of the process I just kept thinking, "Why did they do this? Why did this have to be such an absurd series of steps?"
