Purchased new upon release, opened but never transformed. I haven't even removed the protective film from the chest or the back. New shoulder sockets have been installed, old ones are included. Figure's accessories were only opened to check them for damage on arrival. I can't see any paint chipping or other flaws with the figure, the hips even seem to stay together far more firmly than many of the reviews indicate.
