That actually looks surprisingly good with Henkei Prime.

Yeah, can't wait to see what this guy looks like painted up! I love the size too!!!

 

Ugh... the proportions are really off, and there is something about the head sculpt that's bothering me as well.

 

I have no idea what you are talking about. Maybe his waist could be a little less narrow, but otherwise the proportions look fine to me.

I think it looks pretty good -- about as close to a Masterpiece Super Ginrai as we are likely to get. and I think it's clever the way they dealt with Classics Prime's legs not folding up the same as Ginrai's do.

A note about the thread title and first post, though. Those pictures don't show it combined with G1 Prime. They show it combined with G1 Ginrai/Powermaster Prime. The transformation is different, and without pictures, it's hard to say if regular G1 Prime is designed to fit in this.

 

So...nucleon convoy repaint? Really liking the looks of this so far.

I'm personally of the mind that PMOP should have his big, clompy boots. Without those, it just doesn't look like PMOP to me.

 

His boots didn't seem that clompy in the cartoon, to me.

 

The chest still look big with that body... someone must make a better cab to compliment that.. Assume that God bomber is in the pipeline as well...

 

Those are still pretty clompy compared to Mister Skinnylegs here.

For me not really off but it's sure that I find something wrong in them  

 

Can't speak for him, but for me it's that he looks too lanky compared to both the original toy and PM Prime from the comics.

 

Went from a *maybe* to a *quite interested* for me.

I really like, I've been waiting on someone to do a PM Armour set ever since City Commander blazed a trail and this set looks awsome! But I do wish the PM cab sat further back. The original G1 armour did the same thing and it always bothered me there too. I never had the Apex armour but assumed this was to allow the chest shield to stay on...
