Microsoft needs less confusing names for their consoles.

Imagine being a kid and you get the One X for Christmas instead of the Series X

Xbox will let you install games before you buy them

Pre-install for digital and physical releases. Via android app (at the moment)

Im guessing it downloads the whole digital game...so for physical releases the disc is just the "unlock key"

Has previous pre-installs include the day one patch? (I remember reading before about current gen pre-installs...but not too sure if it was true or not)

Nice if ya want to buy it when you get paid next and wanna start the 300gb download early so you can play it right away.

I preordered FS2020 on PC and was stuck waiting until the next day after release cuz my internet was on the fritz. Would have been nice to install in advance and just unlock it with purchase.

I’m still struggling to figure out how I’m going to handle the whole storage situation.

Then when you want to use them you plug it in and swap the games you want in?

Well, in my case I'd just leave the sad plugged in, cause yeah, thats were I will store most of my Xbox one and Xbox games. But yeah, just swap out. Faster than re-downloading.

I’d like to thank you, cause I feel that this way I can keep my current Seagate expansion(which is 4TB), just use exclusively for storing games I don’t intend to play.

I’m already thinking of what to prioritize. Though I’m probably going to the advertised internal expansion for this console just so I have the extra room.

Of all the next gen consoles presented so far, The X-Box Series X is getting my attention the most mostly because of how it has backwards compatiblity that can reach back to the very first X-Box titles. That's an insanely good deal because that basically allows you to play past games that X-Box's online store doesn't carry. Such as Alice Madness Returns and the Dead Space Trilogy. The fact that it seems to be attracting a lot of Japanese games as well's making it more enticing.

I wish there are more OG Xbox backwards compatible games. There are less than 50. I know they probably can't get the licenses, because some companies are out of business or aren't interested, but please do release more Microsoft.
