    Nes, Snes, Genesis, a couple more. I may have to keep an eye out for it before there's a DMCA takedown.

    Emulators aren't illegal so I doubt it'd be taken down. Emulators have been available on the android, apple and windows phone store for quite a while now.

    Roms are what are illegal.

    True but I doubt Nintendo will stand by with Xbox having a means to play thier games. Especially ones they are selling on Eshop

    The Emulator will be most likely what they'll go after.

    Yeah, this was never going to last. Nintendo is still charging $5-$10 per game to emulate these things on their systems. Even if emulators aren't illegal, allowing it on the system is just asking for trouble.
