I'm selling mine (the entire figure) and no new head (because BBTS didn't get one.) I still have the box (and all the inserts) and the complete figure. Any takers? Please note, the hip flaps have hairline fractures (like many do) but everything else is fine. Any takers? Feel free to PM me.

 

He was the same size as Jazz in a few issues, but in his Dinobot Hunt appearances he was about the size of Optimus Prime. He was also the same size as Shockwave in his initial appearance.

Skycrusher is about the right size, if a bit bigger, but the Fanstoys one is ridiculously big - bigger than Fanstoys dino's in robot mode for example, and thats way out of proportion for me.

And baba pulled through! The ball joints in the legs pop off super easy but that’s ok because he will perpetually be in head mode. Once siege jetfire releases this guy will be a new autobot using the name skycrusher

 

Got mine today as well. I asked baba if I could get one from him even though I didn’t buy my Sky Crusher there. He never replied but he still sent me one with my order anyway!

Yeesh, this thing is going to need some work before it’s functional. This is literally five seconds out of the bag.  



Ball joints are so small and loosely connected that it takes barely any movement to make them come off. I’ll slather him with nail polish at some point.

 

I ordered a NewAge Barricade from Baba to ship alongside the replacement head. It's kind of a bummer that the balljoints are puny.

Got my new head from TCP and immediately floor polished the legs...the torso ball joint may eventually need some as well. Looks good, but I'm not sure that I like it better than what I had already done with the Maketoys Visualizer head...choices, choices.

Got the new head from ShowZ. The legs pop off pretty easily as others have mentioned, but thankfully the helmet holds the head pretty well once I managed to get it in there without popping things off. I think it looks pretty good. Definitely an improvement over the original head. Props to all the retailers getting the new head to customers almost a couple of years after initial release of Sky Crusher.

Got my head in today too. Was about to post how I wasn’t liking it in person because it didn’t quite live up to the pics of it. It seemed almost as derpy as the original head. Turns out it was just the visor that somehow looked off to me, despite as I said it looking fine in pics. After I managed to get the visor flipped up without all the headmaster’s limbs detaching, it looks fantastic.

 

For what it's worth IMO your custom looks more like Skyfire than the new head.

I came here to warn people that it was kind of shoddily made and still seemed kind of small, but I see that word has already gotten out.
