At first I thought this was the one we already knew was coming from Transform DW, but it looks different.

I don't know but this new version/option looks much nicer and larger too. Check the pic of this on display with the teletran 1 display piece. Fairly tall compared to mp-10!

 

I believe this is actually by a company called C+ Customs. It was shown off with some X2 prototypes a couple of months ago.  

 

I hope this actually comes out. It looks really good, even if it doesn't replace the Defensor head.

 

Easily the best looking hands and feet upgrade I've seen. Nice simple hands with ball-jointed knuckles and the platform connector at the ankles look great.

Don't think I can justify it though. Looks great, but with how much getting all the Habro figures on top of the upgrade would cost I'd rather just finish the MT set.

Certainly improves Defensor's proportions dramatically from that angled shot. I like it better than the Transform Dream Wave option and this kit may just be good enough to sway me from MT Guardia. Would love to see some colour shots.

 

First impression, I like this better than the TDW upgrade set for Defensor. This will give some good contrast with a TDW-upgraded Bruticus, though I hope we see a few more photos from various angles soon. I'm curious how the parts stow in alt mode, and how the combiner head is relocated off of the ladder.

 

Is there one for bruticus?

Wonder what color the fingers are gonna be, after the Maketoys Defensor with the red fingers I haev absolutely fallen in love with that for Defensor.

 

I think the feet are a bit too big; after adding everything on he's got a fairly obvious case of pinhead syndrome. That said, overall it looks pretty good and I like it a lot more than the DW set.

Not too sure what's going on in the last two pics in respect of the cannon (there's a butt piece attached in the last pic?), but what I really want to have in my Defensor upgrade is a pair of dual fireball cannons in up-detailed G1 style. A pair of the gun shown in the second last pic in 80% size would be perfect. I see that there are two of those add-on cannon butt pieces so maybe we'll have 2 cannons as well.

The dual cannons are Defensor's signature weapons, after all. Here's hoping!

It looks cool, although I wish they could have figured out a way to keep the folding ladder.

Still, I am very interested, and I'll certainly be keeping an eye on this.

This looks pretty damn good. I wonder what will it cost and wondering about the colors too. I have Unite Warriors versions of all the combiners so the final color needs to match. If they can bulk up the rest, I'd be down for more of them.

I also think a bigger head would make it more proportionate.

 

Everything looks good except for the large feet. Maybe if they replaced the head for a larger one it wouldnt look so disproportionate. Unfortunately, I think this would make Defensor too out of scale with my other CW combiners.

 

Really like those new hand/feet options... the torso seems a bit much, but if it's granting Defensor waist articulation... then wow. Hope those bits also don't make for a kibbly mess that is haphazardly tacked onto Hot Spot's bot/alt modes like that PE set for Prime/Motormaster. Blech.

 

Any ETA on release for this? Keep seeing the same pics pics on social media but nothing about a release. Like, is it even due this year?
