The transformation is really very easy for these guys. The only issue at all that I can see is the screw holding the boom/ ladder on.

It had me fooled. Thank you! Yes, a quick fix, which led to a minor catastrophe

    Assembled wrong:

These two screws (They're into clear plastic, be REALLY careful with these. Takes about 2 full turns.
    DSC00554_sm.JPG

They don't need to pull out all the way, just til they stop backing out:
    DSC00555_sm.JPG

Once released, the whole assembly falls off quite easily.

    DSC00557_sm.JPG

Just tip 'em forward, and reassemble. CAREFUL NOT TO OVER-TIGHTEN THE SCREWS!
    DSC00558_sm.JPG

And here I was content to just leave them.

Cautionary tale. Watch how you move that armature! I caught the friggin' wing, and it snapped off with very little force before I noticed.

Off to [email protected] for me.

Hey, I see the stoic silver face on Inferno here - does that mean that the faces between the two heads are swappable? Sorry if that's been discussed earlier.

Aha, so glad to have been able to help. Well done on the “how to” pics.

Incidentally, get yourself a bottle of ‘Plastic Weld’. If XTB won’t replace the wing you should be able to bond the plastic back together. It’s not glue; it chemically softens the plastic so it can bond back together making it almost as strong as it was orginally.

Failing that if you want to go the superglue route: The strongest out there is “Slo-Zap” slow cure, high bond. Search Amazon. I broke the white tab of one of the leg hoses; once cured it tabs in and out tightly again with not even a suggestion of it re-breaking. Really useful stuff!

Thanks for the product tips. Looks like Plastic Weld uses MEK - nasty stuff, but it works.
This is gonna be one of those tricky fixes - the joint is tight, so that spot is likely to see moderate to high stress for its size. Also, there's something odd about the plastic. It's almost chalky - like it wasn't hot enough in the mold maybe. I've got some tiny drill bits, if I can get it to bond, I'll drive a pin through to assist.

Thank you both of you for the guide. I just had time to fix him and noticed that the door was not properly closed problem can be fixed by just loosening the same screw just a little. :)

I picked up Caravaggio as well and I've been so tempted to pick up another 1 or 2 of the mold. It's been such a fun and solid release

There doesn’t seem to be very many videos for this figure. Mangmotion has a really good one though, if you haven’t seen it. That’s the one my son and I used. My son transformed Dante and I did DaVinci.

that works if you already tried the transformation - I usually go through peolesdru's vids, but I'm not confident enough for a first time

3 of the 4 mold mates in-hand, and this transformation is the first in years that is actually fun for me. The ratchets are well done. One of my fav releases from XTB or anyone. Keep this up XTB.

Not trying to sound like a smarta$$, but do you have one of these yet? They come shipped in truck mode, so first time would be truck to bot. It’s actually a very easy transformation, more reminiscent of a G1 toy, not all panels.

I do have Grapple, transformed it in robot mode, would transform it back to alt mode.

So, yes, you did sound like a smarta$$

In truck mode, I fixed mine by loosening both screw just a little. It's will give door frame more space to fit the doors in.
