Yeah that's why I ultimately went to dx9 as there is so much value for the price with Capone. Just wish I could steal the hands off of xtb's MM....

just kidding! Don't worry! There are too many such things. Manufacturers will quote your information to prove that they value this place and your remarks. On the other hand, it will help manufacturers to correct errors and improve after-sales level!

I want to see someone frankenstein Gravestones lower half and Capone's upper half together. I just prefer the clean look of Capone's upper half, but his legs (especially his feet) are really bad.

If US retailers think that they can get me buying with their thuggish tactics, they are in for a surprise.

And no one needs to feel guilty about their posts. There are people in this forum who are related to US retailers. The ones reporting your posts are probably them.

Businessmen are profit-oriented, and they will find ways to defend their own interests. Similarly, manufacturers also want to balance and win-win. I also tell everyone that you do n’t have to worry about this toy, you can get more discounts on other toys:)

Well thanks for trying to give us the best price on this figure. Sorry it didn't work out.

Understood. Sucks that they put you in that situation though.

So what if it's not uncommon? It's still a shitty thing for the manufacturer to do. They get paid the same for the figures they sell to the retailers so I don't see why they think they should be able to dictate the minimum price. And to be clear, yes I understand the reasoning but I don't see how they think they're justified in doing it.

Of course they care about their profits. The difference is in the US, everyone talks about open competition, customer choice and all sorts of other bullshit that they obviously don't believe in. Once competition shows up, they all run to their mama and cry.

    WTF.

Nothing like double standards from manufacturers:
XTB tells Baba that the minimum allowed is US$129.99.
    Meanwhile on TaoBao:

Advertised delivery is December which seems highly unlikely at this stage.
Hopefully they can get it out in January.

Chinese New Year is really early in 2020 (25th Jan) so if they miss the Jan deadline we’ll be looking at March.

Yeah but taobao will have to add shipping costs. Others won't.

International Shipping ain’t gonna be US$40. And it’s TaoBao the parent organisation that adds those costs for international buyers only. Local Chinese sellers selling to local Chinese audiences offer free shipping. Local Chinese sellers selling internationally don’t charge any additional fees or shipping.

Ahhh......yes, looking at small advantages prevents great affairs from being accomplished. I understand now.

Nope. Having discussions with fellow collectors and retailers about the figure.

    Regional pricing is pretty common.

If more people switch to TaoBao/China sellers, XTB will follow FansToys and delay domestic release by a few weeks...

    *Ahem*

A break in the regular bitching about prices to appreciate some more toy goodness. I could have sworn I had silver backed labels but I can't find em anywhere. Need to order some when I do a cell window run.

    In the meantime:

So you're complaining about not living in China? Seems like a weird flex but ok.
