Thanks for the info. I have not seen Flipout in G2 colours in the Dutch store or Kapow. Is anyone familiar with TFS-Express?

I'm needing that P34. I really liked TFM's Dragstrip, but was bothered by the finctional alt. mode. All the other TFM Stunticons had modern alt. mode versions of their original forms, and I know the whole six-wheel thing is a Dragstrip trademark, but I'd rather he'd have been a regular modern F1, 4-wheeled car than something made up.

I don't care for the mustard color but it looks a lot less hateful in those latest shots. Glad they're putting effort into making it look good despite it being an ugly color. :)

I really hope they start to double up like that, even if they do it so the G2 of the previous car is released alongside the G1 of the next car. Anything to get this set completed in 2019.

I actually totally get this. Generally I’m toon all the way (to the extent that I’m painting the windows and stripping the chrome off my MP’s to get them closer to the toon).
But there’s a way to make it look toon accurate and still look dynamic. Maketoys nailed it with their Seekers and I think FT have pulled it off with their Stunticons better than XTB. A side by side comparison of XTB , FT and cartoon Stunticons show that both companies got the shapes, looks and even small details down almost perfectly. But FT’s somehow just seem more sleek and dynamic while XTB are really boxy, blocky and awkward. FT have this great ability to get the G1 toon look, get the alts right and still retain a dynamic almost heroic stature in Alt. They take it too far sometimes (Seaspray) and they miss wildly as well (Arcee) but generally FT can make it look like it stepped off the toon and kept walking, while XTB stepped off the toon and froze solid. To my eye, FT’s bots look like they’d walk like K2-SO from Rogue One while XTB’s would waddle like C3-PO.
I’m still in for a set but they almost certainly won’t be in bot mode.
And as always, just my opinions. And contrary opinions are just as valid.

I think it's as much the transitions between parts as the actual parts themselves.

I'm happy they don't do heroic. That's why I'm waiting for xtb Springer and skipped Ft's. In my eyes robots don't need to look strong to be strong.

True. I also skipped FT Springer in favour of XTB, and am on the fence with which Kup to get.
I do like how dynamic Maketoys made their Seekers though. The posability is amazing compared to MP-11.
FTs Stunticons look similarly sleek and dynamic.
But going off recent efforts by FT and XTB, its better than even money that XTB’s will be better built, better articulated and better finished. FT have made a few mis-steps recently while XTB have been going from strength to strength.

He looks incredible! This is exactly how I want my Stunticons to scale as well.
