My sentiments exactly. I bought him because I wanted a Menasor, and XTB simply were affordable, but Crackup didn't look that good in pictures and reviews. At least until I got him in hand: he blew me away. I actually won't be surprised if I decide to keep all the Berserkars displayed as individual robots.

Glad to hear you’re into it. And that the colour is right. That’s been a really sketchy thing I’m not sure about. But honestly it looks like XTB nailed it the most.

I think my flipout is gonna arrive in a couple more days from now and I’ll be giving my little review when that comes out.

Flipout is even better! Like, so much better painted and designed, and the transformation is good too.

Kind of wish we'd see a V2 of Crackup that steals the DX9 version transformation, as it's great.

I mean that’s be interesting but I doubt it. Seems like an odd choice for them.

I wouldn't mind that too. But i think his height would be out compared to his team.

Yeah it won't happen. It's just Crackup feels
    ...unfinished?

Like the way the backpack all folds up is just half assed. Maybe something to do with the original design being rushed out after it was stolen for that crappy attempt at a Sideswipe? Who knows.

DX9 Montana ( and XTB Flipout ) just have so much better transformations and bot modes.

Crackup is good enough on the whole.

Hopefully trend continues and Deathwish is great.

Yeah, Flipout looks absolutely amazing, and Wildrider is my favourite of the Stunticons, so I'm looking forward to getting him the moment I can afford him.
The backpack could definitely be improved. Also, getting him back into alt mode is a bit of a mission. But overall, I really like him.
I feel like XTB and Zeta have made some wonderful bang-for-your-buck figures for their price and size. Zeta went for bigger and simpler; XTB went for the opposite, but they're all about the same price, and damn fine for it too.

I completely understand. And yeah it could be cause of that KO. DX9 Montana did seem like a better transformation but all the other stuff like scale and their wildrider made me edge over for XTB.

Agree with this, DX9 always has clever engineering, they achieve so much with so little in their designs but the QC and scale wildly missed for me. When I have crackup and Montana together Montana looks like a giant oaf. Would have loved him %10 smaller so he scaled correctly in car mode and made the bot just that bit shorter to not look out of place with other car bots.

The Sculpt and design of Montana is awesome... everything else not as much for me

I really like Crackup too, but I agree that he feels slightly rushed, probably due to the reason you suggest. It reminds me of FT Sever a bit - I suspect he was rushed due to Gigapower's Snarl offering.

On the topic of how XTB might tackle other combiners, I realize they (and DX9) did something really smart by starting with Menasor. Since you have Motormaster's trailer to work with, you can use the trailer to parts-form a lot of the main combiner torso, without yet committing to either a parts-forming or all-in-one approach to the other combiners.

But we haven’t even seen more of the figure than a slightly wonky prototype have we? I wonder if that’s just packaging sample, and ‘very soon’ is wishful thinking?

I really doubt they would touch Metroplex or Trypticon, but if they do.....Oh brother....An Mp style Trypticon with homages to the toy and proper battle station mode? I dont care for the walking mechanisms but it having the proper radars, guns the drone etc? And so will Metroplex?

A dream come true. I didnt buy Utopia cause there is not an actual lizard to go with...

Also I love the names of the DX9 ones more than XTB. But that’s cause I see the stunticons as total gangsters anyway. Heck it’s influenced my fanfic to include them currently.
