Yeah, this. Considering the fragility of the XTB shoulder pieces, if someone in the community can come up with a replacement part that acts as a permanent fix, then I’m sure it’d make a lot of people on this thread very happy!

Everyone should also consider that this may also be a design issue. There is an uncommon amount of connections in that area with little material to disperse shear stress.

So yesterday I was emailed a request for name and address info and $7 for shipping later I have my replacement parts on the way. XTB couldn't have been more helpful.

Hey all - I've got measurements drawn up, but gotta get to work. Will try to upload sketches today though!

Ok, forgive the crudity of these diagrams. They're not to scale:)

More so, forgive my handwriting. I took care, but I don't have a lot of time free right now, just wanna help out.

    Measurements are in millimeters.
There's a very small slope to the top pieces that's very difficult to measure, but will likely result in some number apparently not adding up. Wish I had a less chunky caliper.
I've not included measurements for rounded edges - I'd estimate about a .2mm radius for most edges.

I'm confident that the curved part below the wheels could be thinned to add extra tire clearance. Diecast would be helpful too!

Any questions, or numbers I've missed, lemme know!

edit: noticed one of the closer images didn't upload, so I've added that.

Are those measurements in mm? I can probably draw up some 3D cad files based on these drawings. Just want to confirm if it’s metric.

Sorry, yes. All is metric. There's a very small slope to the top that's difficult to measure, so some parts may not add up perfectly.

If they can match the yellow well, then okay.

I take your point, but personally I could live with a fix that was a shade or two off, so long as it made the toy playable again!

Looks like I have joined the plastic cheese club...

My first issue with anything X-Transbots. Reached out to TFSource in the hope of a replacement part. Fingers crossed!

On the plus side, they look great together (still waiting on Crackup, although I now think they gave that name to the wrong figure...)
