If @ibot does get this baby repainted and some more detailing, I'll happily buy four, just saying... Not looking for a chicken-legged Cyclonus, like Quietus

Man... was hoping this guy had gotten cheaper over time but he hasn't. Was hoping to grab a Cyclonus for a reasonable price.

Same boat here. If they reissue it i will grab it in no time.

Plenty of clear versions available tough.

I'm hoping for a variant on this as well. I think I'll pick up the clear version in the meantime though, since there's plenty of good deals on ebay ($125 shipped) currently. At least if a repaint eventually comes out, I'll have an extra tiny Galvatron to go with Unicron. I'd actually prefer the clear Galvatron to go with Unicron to resemble his creation.

What exactly is a "reasonable" price? I've seen a few sell on Facebook in the $80-$100 range.

Mostly Transformers related groups but many of those posts will show in a marketplace search. If you join a group you could post that you're looking for one and will likely get some hits.

I'm holding out for the reissue in the hopes that they make some improvements in design and quality. Eligos seems to be a decent release to begin with. Even if there aren't any, I'll still pick it up.

Eligos and Andras are still one of the most beautiful bots in my collection. Pics don't do them justice.

I've bought a face and must say @paul5409 is absolutely right: a painted face does make a world of difference. Now his facial traits are much more visible. I still think that the general shape and sculpt of Eligos is much closer to Cyclonus from the cartoon than skinny Quietus. Aesthetically speaking the only thing FT Cyclonus does better imo is the face. Well, at least until this upgrade:

The new face is a major improvement and fits the head perfectly. Many thanks to paul5409! Not only for including a second, experimental, grey face, but also for a highly professional transaction and his friendliness!

Knees, shoulders and the cockpit not tabbing in are the more glaring issues... If @ibot could improve on that and some minor cosmetic changes like bigger wings and a bit more streamlined lower legs, then Eligos would be almost perfect.

I can't help really, but keep in mind it'll depend on the box and packing materials used. Hopefully someone can get you close enough to guestimate shipping though.

Using FT's 3lbs packed and ready to ship and that's not crazy packing or an oversized box. I hope that helps but if not, hopefully someone else can.

Reach out to any seller who still sells them and ask them what the shipping weight is.

I remember BBTS temporarily (like almost month) having Andras on clearance sale but no such luck for Eligos.
Taobao would probably be the best place to get a the best deal on Eligos right now.

Feel you on all this but feel compelled to point out that Quietus turns at the waist just fine, and you don't have to manually pull out the hip skirt... it moves on its own

Sold my inferior Quietus for a stupid profit and am so happy I did not sell off my superior Eligos. Was going to keep one as “the Armada” but my overall disappointment with Quietus coupled with the insane resell value for what I feel is a botched release made me pull the trigger. I may buy a second Eligos now for “the Armada”. Really surprised that Eligos’s resale value did not plummet with the Quietus release.

@ibot i would buy a second Eligos if you guys re-released him with a premium paint job and a painted Abbadon minifig(to go with my Haslab Unicron next year!).
