Looks good, I'll put off buying the other until I see more of this, mostly hoping price is lower.
look at his lil fingers
glass / alloy coating? Sounds like it'll be much more expensive. The bot mode seems fairly representative of the other companies, but the alt mode looks the best yet with one-piece windows AND the intake, rather than one or the other.
I think the "transparent glass, alloy material, metal coating" is just a poor translation for clear plastic, die cast, metallic paint job. I doubt anyone is gonna be making figures out of metal-plated glass anytime soon.
Imagine crushing that in your hand, though. Like that video of BWN Randy's GPS, but bloodier.
Head sculpt is kind of meh
I’d kinda interested in full metal mini figures, but...
Not of Sideswipe!
The sculpt looks alright for a start, but I wouldn’t call this finished.
Still, I look forward to another company joining the fray!
Is, that a rocket launcher on your shoulder, or are you just happy to see me?
Kinda reminds of the Toyworld legends Wheeljack and Jazz. Sideswipe is suddenly getting a lot love at Legends scale.
Looking forward to seeing a physical test shot, pretty interesting how much Magic Square's looks like a mini Takara while this one looks like a mini Badcube.
Wow, these legends class toys ARE masterpieces!
oh man they shoulda called him baelish then
Ok it's from X-Transbots
Does a legends scale figure really need diecast
Robot mode ugly
I have a few figures from XTransbots and they are loose pieces of garbage. I will NOT buy another product from them no matter how much they improve. That being said, die cast has no business being in a Legends figure. Easy pass
Xtb throwing their hat into the legends arena, huh? Didn't see that coming at all. I really like the alt mode but I'm not a huge fan of the bot mode, especially the doors hanging off the back of his arms. Still, I'd probably pick this up but my legends collection is in the mft legends+ scale and I doubt this will fit with those.
Keith, please worry about getting the Stunticons finished before you start advertising more potential 'vapor ware'.
You could be right about this new line, so time will tell, but... you dont have their newest and best, Crackup, who is probably the best bang for the buck and might win this year's best. Quality top notch, engineering really good and fun transformation too, nice and prestine, and he was 40 $... Dude, go get it, NEOW!!! Oh, i have their Cliffjumper too, and he is very good quality / paint too. Cant speak or recommend any others though, lol...but gonna risk it with the other MP stunticon cars, one at a time.
This is truly the best looking design for legends sideswipe, by far. So i will have my eyes on this and see about how it ends up, especially price wise, but hey, with those description they have, i may just even add this guy to my Masterpiece shelf.... But, i wonder how limited the arms will be with the wings/windshield on them in terms of it still looking good with arms up.
