The above pic is old but considering they have scourge and cyclonus planned its a no-brainer they'd do Galv as well. I mean those three guys are like a team practically, if you're gonna make two of em you're gonna make the three.  

Which is nice as UT's Galvatron got close to being awesome but they dropped the ball in some respects so I'm really hoping we do get an alternative eventually.

 

The back of the box for Glider advertised a Galvatron homage called Tyrant.

The Ironhide is is called Arsenal Primus. There is also a Ratchet.

Isn't XTB essentially under new management with this new production of Krank and Stax? No real connection to the people who produced the previous, reputedly inferior products? If so, I wouldn't think we should consider teases prior to Krank to be current.

 

Same management as before, new designers and factory. His two designers are EchoTF (Boosticus) and 539 (Master Minis), both are TF customizers who are getting their designs turned into full third party products. I've spoken with the head of X-Transbots, and the only officially canceled project is the copycat Jizaitoys Wheelie the were making called "Survivor", that is because they are doing Ollie instead. No need for one company to make two Wheelies. They rest are still potential toys.

 

They have MANY more designers than just Echo and 539.

 

Thanks for the correction. If all are still in the pipeline, I hope the Ironhide is completely redesigned. The proto in the link you posted was *not* impressive.

 

That's the only two X-Transbots designers I know of. If you know more and what they did, please tell...

Anyone learned how the 3rd GoBot based truck is to be sold will it be a show exclusive or store exclusive or just another normal release ?

 

I was already excited for this project because the Pontiac Firebird (KITT basically) is my favourite car of all time, if they are the same quality as Krank and Stax we're in for a treat.

 

This News has been out for months now and still there is nothing new about it.

There's Wheelie & Turbo (and Hoss) still to come… Windcharger/KITT/whoever may not pop up in any new info until one or all of those are further along.

 

XTransbots still has Hoss, Sonic and Ollie to release. Give them time.

 

Given that Windcharger isn't on the back of Stax and Krank's boxes, I wonder if this was misinterpreted, and there are no plans to release a Windcharger in the foreseeable future. Seems like those characters who were on the box should keep them plenty busy for awhile.

 

X-transbots told me over facebook that windcharger would be a 2014 release.

 

I too have heard Windcarger is in the pipeline.
