    Does this company offer replacement parts? A screw on my Boost's feet snapped and the feet disintegrated into two separate pieces.

    The service person (Miss Zou) got back with me only a few hours after I sent the message and after several back and forth messages regarding what was needed, will send out a replacement foot for $7 shipping.

    does anyone know if XTB still produces hatch? I looked for him on ebay, but apart from a few overpriced figures, I didn't find anything

    Any information regarding the possibility of an upgraded versions of the original releases with better quality? Or just same the same ol' ones but reedited?

    They aren't as bad once you know what you're doing, but the first time's definitely a pain. Not intuitive at all!

    I’ve transformed him three or four times, and each time has been worse, even watching a video. Maybe mines just defective, but it is a complete horror show

    I don't think it's just you, or just your figure. It does a nice job pulling off the original G1 look, but it isn't the greatest design. I got better at it the more I did it, but it was never fun.
