Haven’t listened to the podcast yet, but going by the thumbnail I’m assuming they talk about Spoiler: ENDGAME SPOILER ”America’s ass”
I'm trying to wipe out half the universe, but I'm dummy thicc, and the clap of my purple ass cheeks keeps alerting Ant-Man
HasCon really didn’t make sense. It’s great for us fans but from a corporate perspective, it’s really not worth it. The money they make has to be small compared to the grant global business plan.
For TF music, I think we should embrace the inherent cheesiness of the 86 soundtrack. And get Gloryhammer, Sabaton, and Grailknights involved. Maybe also Babymetal.
The X-Files crossover was the Lone Gunmen meeting the Transformers (Bee and Optimus). I don’t think it was actually Mulder and Scully who met them, but I haven’t read it in some time. I’ll have to check later, I have the book at home.
Having listened to the last five minutes of this podcast right after clocking off from a shift at a movie theater job, I must second everything Chris and Seth said about respecting people working at the theater.
People just don't respect things that aren't theirs. At the same time the person that would leave a mess would have a fit if they walked in to find someone else's mess.
I thought that Seth and Vangelus were about to drop some Lang Belta in the pre-opening. Tenye wa deyi gut Kopeng!
While I admit I like having the on-topic What We Got at the beginning of the ep, I do worry it might get ppl into the wrong mindset of buying stuff just for the sake of the podcast.
imo, if any of us were still going to do that at this point, it would happen regardless of where it happens in the topic list especially if I found out & stealth switched the order again! 8D
In regards to what Seth was saying about green being an evil color that is somewhat true. I am going to use superhero comics as an example heroes tend to be in the primary colors, red, blue and yellow. Well villains tend to be in secondary colors, green, orange and purple. This was done in the early day of comics so that even if the lines didn't print right the color could still tell the reader who was who. Now it is just used as visual indication in all kinds of media. Here this article explains more than I can: Superhero Color Theory, Part I: The Primary Heroes
That's interesting, I didn't know that about the comics. I was referencing Disney more. Disney Movies Taught Us That Lime Green is a Harbinger of Evil
