Anything other than "Blackened Ranch" is the wrong choice, when it comes to dipping sauces at Popeye's.

For a WTF combiner, while Build King is a great metaphor, I want this to be Combiner Wars style where Vangelus is a chest piece, one of the guests is the new guy (ala Rook or Alpha Bravo), and Tony Balaca forms the torso to give it that Boombox head.

@Aaron , did you get the hips on your Twinferno to peg in? It's a PITA, but they should do so.

 

I had no idea that there used to be other members of the podcast crew. Was it just mundane life stuff that caused them to drop off, or is there an episode I should listen to that discusses the fall out of a FIRRIB fight that caused a schism?

Could there be a year in review supplemental that gathers all 4 current members? Or an annoversary supplemental that grabs the old members and checks in on their lives?

 

I recall back when the podcast discussed Transformers: Prime Gogdog got fed up with the show and then confessed that he wasn't really that interested in Transformers in general and didn't want to continue doing the podcast which is why odd team is two people and not three.

 

Wow, I wouldn't cast Hot Rod in a fire. He's just pretty dang average. The sort of bland that's my usually baseline for mainline toys. Nothing fails, but nothing impresses. Although my Firedrive secures just fine, no one likes losing the QC lottery.

For Triggerhappy, I love how super easy it is for him to steal a few other guy's half guns and deck out 5+ gun turrets pointing in one direction. Per arm.

That listener question was the culmination of a week of late nights, early mornings, and a lot of caffeine - I was highly entertained with the ensuing answers.

I don't think I had it in mind at the time, but I also landed on Build King as the model for a WTF@TFW combiner (in particular, I'm really fixated on the idea that Aaron becomes the arms any time the gestalt would need to build a Lego kit).

And because it's my own question and I want to answer it for myself: I would want Bluestreak to by my personal Titan Master. He has the best color scheme of one of the coolest G1 head designs and we both have a tendency to ramble as a coping mechanism. Our combined babbling powers would be legendary.

And if there was ever going to be an unofficial and unlicensed version of me, I'd combine my two favorite third party naming conventions: Latin words and real names. I'm thinking "Gladius Steve."

 

@Aaron, isn't Hot Rod's transformation the same as Chromedome, the Dead End mold from CW, and the majority of car transformers over the years?

@Vangelus, come on now. You can't go to Popeye's and not get the red beans and rice. They're great on their own, and the remaining juice makes a great dipping sauce!
