Jazwares actually doesn't have the Sonic license anymore; Tomy does.

Do we know for sure that white combiner prime is optimus. To me it looks like he has those blade-like ears that nova has. Prime is in the name, but nova's a prime as well.

When Vangelus mentioned Floro Dery, out of nowhere I was reminded of GogDog's amazing Floro Dery song from one of the really early podcasts. I believe it was to the tune of a sonic the hedgehog theme.

Personally I think Legions Steeljaw is pretty adorable.
Tiny little ball of Troy Baker he is.
But, yeah, despite liking the two toys of Steeljaw I have; neither of them are great representations of the character.
(The same goes, to a lesser extent, for Strongarm and Bumblebee.)

Also, I don't read them, but the current Megaman comics from Archie are apparently really good, and they recently had a crossover with Sonic.

When I click the RSS feed with my "DEVICE" I get nonsense.
Luckily I know how the urls work and just go to it manually.

Judging from Internet reaction, Steeljaw seems to be a bit of a hit. Hopefully this means in the future we will get a better toy of him.

Another fun listen. Congrats on Alphie's sales, Aaron!
Vangelus, your non-interest/boredom with G1 toys is exactly why I am completely uninterested in Combiner Wars. Fifteen years ago when Beast Wars was ending, sure I would've been interested, but since then we've had endless rehashes of G1 both as reissues and "homages"/updates.

Armada megs has a few surprising-but-understated pieces of engineering, like the way the turret rotates while being made of his arms, and the way the shoulders appear flush with the chest, but still get a full outward range with a clever little trick of joint placement. He really fills out about $35 in value, but the full $50 is just asking too much. I found the silver version to be kind of junk and still have had no regrets about getting rid of it.

Hope I'm in the right episode thread? I think I finished one and moved on to another during an all-nighter in the lab, but basically you guys were on the nose: if you can wait for a better price, do it.

I just started listening, and this don't know when this was brought up or in what context, but Archie's Mega Man series is fantastic. The Sonic crossover was about a year ago, I think, and it was fun, but honestly I'm far more into the main storyline, so that whole event I probably could've done without.

Reissues where my first experience with tf fandom hate. There where so many comments that the plastic was different and hasbro ruined everything that I was scared away. I came back for alternators then 20th prime and really wanted to collect when classics came out. For a while reissues where not a priority but I would drunk order them. The book style toys are pleasing if you snipe them at a good price.
