I might as well lump all these in one thread so as not to overload the board with my older customs.

First up is Sandstorm, he was the first Wrecker that I customised (you can see the initial work on him in the Impactor thread). However, after finishing off Twin Twist (and I think Jazz) I decided to do a bit more work on him. This primarily consisted of a bit more sculting work on the head and some extra paint work. Unfortunately, when I bought the Landmine mold that I used for him he was missing the rear lights hence they are missing from the custom.

Next is Roadbuster, again he's from a Landmine, but in this case Energon Landmine. He's pretty much a straight up repaint, though I did resculpt the head with Greenstuff (he was done before Impactor, so he was my first major attempt at head resculpting). The rifle was made after I completed Impactor (it's what was left after I chopped off the Cybertron Unicron shoulder cannon).

    And last but not least....
Twin Twist is the most recent custom addition to my Wreckers crew (along with RTS Perceptor and Generations Kup). There are things I would probably do different with him, mainly to do with not partsforming the drill bits, but otherwise I'm happy with him. He's made from a fusion of WFC Megs, the original G1 head and drill bits and some minor styrene work.

And the crew (well part of it anyway :)  ):

Incredible work! All three look badass! Particularly like Twin-Twist.

Quick question, is the head of sandstorm custom made? looks quite professional.

    Cheers.

Sandstorms head is sculpted over the top of the original Movie Landmine head. The first pass I used car filler (all I had at the time and hadn't discovered green stuff modelling putty) and I had some thin pieces of plastic lying around so I used them for the forehead crest. When I revisted him, I tidied up the previous car filler and used greenstuff to build out the pieces next to his chin and fill out any previous gaps.

They all look great, but Twin-Twist is the best one. Nice job. Especially nice on sculpting that Roadbuster head. I couldn't tell it wasn't the original

All 3 are very nicely done man. I like the colors on Sandstorm and you did a great job on his head. Roadbuster is looking like he could tear into some Decepticon right now. I think I like Twin Twist the best though, your paint job is pretty cool.

They look fantastic mate! What paints did you use on em specifically? The finish is lovely, really dig the matte look and it looks very smooth and even. Might be the sort of paints I should aim for for my work!

Also, where were those pics of your WIP Guzzle? I remember seeing em but can't remember where, and I really wanna keep up to date on that lovely lil piece :D
