Imagine you are having some folks over to your place who know nothing about transformers, and you are tasked with wowing them. What pieces would you show, and why? It can be from your collection or anything that has ever been made.
I would show them my UT movie bots And maybe I will show them Roadking too... I can't think of anything else really... My other pieces are beautiful, but they don't have any other wow factor as my black magicformers do. You can show them your entire collection! That alone has enough WOW factor! Lol

If I wanted to wow someone I'd hide the Transformers and just let them watch the Super Bowl on the 70" TV.
No problem. Dirty yellow every time. I should call him colt 45. Because it has happened many times. As I've mentioned on this forum before people who don't give a shit about toys or transformers say he's awesome, including my wife. Even if they know the Devastator character they see the Weathered yellow finish and know there's a story behind this guy. It's an amazing piece, and even if I shit canned my whole collection I would keep this. I might add the only people who don't like it are people I don't care about who can fuck right off. There aren't many so far.
Is there a high percentage of TF / sport fan crossovers? Or is the super bowl a ruse that's always loaded up to throw off other males from your distinct patterns of collector behavior. Cheap domestic beer well stocked to dull their senses.
Truthfully, I'm not really into football. Hockey is my jam. But the best-of-seven Cup final isn't quite the media event that the Super Bowl is. But yeah, the second one. Per the OP, we're trying to wow someone who's never heard of Transformers. I've had people who were casually aware of the original cartoon show some interest in my collection. But someone who had no connection to the original series? It's usually more like, "how much did you spend on this collection?" Followed by, "you could buy a car for that much money!”

I dunno if I'd show them transformers but i can think of other things. Well there's always music,movies. Ok,.......I'm having a little fun here but you get the fun.
A nice overall display is an eye catching conversation piece. I think you may be overestimating your company’s interest in toys, given you’ve said they don’t know anything about them. Personally I don’t tend to showcase my toys because it can come off as childish to the wrong crowd. might I suggest a nice Cabernet and a short tour of the house instead of going straight to your transformers collection?
my entire collection with display cabinets ect gets a wow everytime someone walkings into my living room and pictures get taken
