In TF1 and ROTF we had Megatron's flight and tank modes. DOTM we had the Wreckers which were somewhere between Cybertronian and Earth modes. AOE treated us with Drift being a triple changer with a Cybertronian helicopter mode. Transformers the Ride gave us Evac's unique alt mode. I think having futuristic or alien vehicles may generate interest in both the movies and toyline. We've been having car endorsements for quite some time and we need something to spice things up. Hence the Dinobots in AOE. What do you think?

The wreckers and Evac were just human vehicles with modifications. I'm all for them, they allow me to use the figures to make little scenes of the characters as if they where still on cybertron.
yes cybertronian stuff is cool i was of the impression Megatron's ALT form in TF1 is actually not of Cybertronian origin but of a extra terrestrial spaceship he scanned in space while looking for the cube.
Not Movie Cybertronian vehicles. Those are just random gunmetal grey scraps of metal. Futuristic vehicles accounting for the fact that there wouldn't actually be a driver/pilot? Sure.
