Lets say for 1 year, Jan 1st - Dec 31st Hasbro stopped making CHUG tranformers and instead made CHUG Go-Bots. No bumblebee, no Optimus Prime, no Megatron, but we get Leader-1, Cy-Kill, Turbo, Scooter, you get the idea.

Would you like this or would it piss you off?

    I personally would love it

I wouldn't really like it for an entire year, but I'd be all for some Gobot updates sprinkled in with the regular releases. Even an entire wave or two would be fine, but not an entire year.

It wouldn't bother me at all if they switched to Gobots for a while. I don't have any interest in Gobots, it just means I wouldn't be buying any new TFs for a while, but it could still be cool.

I also don't know if I'd want a solid year of them, but I'd definitely be down for some updated Gobots mixed into the CHUG line.

Cykill, Coptur... that steam train one...

Some updated Gobots would be cool, just put them under TF name, sprinkle in periodically

I'd go for a that! There are so many lame, non-entity Go-Bots that I just can't imagine Hasbro giving us what, 8 Leader class, 12 Voyager, 24 Deluxe, and 18 Legends class Go-bots? It's a cute idea but I don't think there's a year in it.
But a smattering of Generations Go-Bots? Lovely.

Unfortunately, Hasbro can't use the designs, just the names and story. It blows, because I would definitely be up for them incorporated into Generations. Lot of cool alt-modes in what was an entirely underrated line.

That would mean they would replace chug Pretenders, Powermasters, etc because OP and Bee would still be made in that chuf gobot subline.
So yeah, that would piss me of.
On the other hand i would certainly like to buy a good chug Crasher, Vamp etc
So i am interested in a few here and there or maybe as part of the cartoon toyline (preferably) but not replace the chances of the post 87 guys getting chug toys by a year of gobots.

I'd rather they fit in a few Gobots here and there in the current CHUG line being sold instead of giving them their own line.

I don't think it would be cool or piss me off if Hasbro did a whole year of Go-Bots. But on the plus side I wouldn't have to spend money on Hasbro's offering for a whole year and save that money for Action Toy's Machine Robo line.

No love for Gobots here. Never liked them for some reason. I don't mind the occasional homage though.

    Doesn't bother me.

I'll just pass the "Transformers" aisle, take pics and caption:

    - "what's wrong with this pic?"
    - what uninformed 80's parents saw as "transformers"

Maybe I'll pick up scooter and cykill.

How about they keep Chug going and the Gobots replace Robots in Disguise and Rescue Bots if only because I'm sick of them clogging up the shelves?

I don't think Hasbro would stop making transformers to focus solely on gobots. Gobots are a totally separate thing. If Hasbro started a new gobot line it would probably run concurrently with the transformers line or they would sprinkle the gobot characters into a new transformers subline.

I'd be table flipping level mad. But, if they had like one or two Go-bots per wave, that could be a nice change of pace. Or, replace RID, that would be better.
