I remember when Dust debuted. I think she's just crowd filler these days if drawn at all. :(

This is silly. Hasbro shouldn't make give make a Transformers a stereotype just so he can be an Indian.

They should have a female African-American Transformer and have her voiced by my favourite Africa-American actress, Charlize Theron.

Ummmmm, Jetfire isn't Scottish, nor is he supposed to be Scottish. He's Mark Ryan, that's his actual voice, just bombasticated up. Mark comes from Doncaster.

Has anyone mentioned that Blades, from Rescue Bots, is voiced by an Indian-American actor - Parvesh Cheena? (If so, apologies for duplication)

She has dual nationality though, right? South Africa and USA? Therefore African American.

A joke's not funny if you have to explain it...

Not that it was funny anyway...

I didn't know that. It would make sense if he was an Apache helicopter on the show. lol

I don't think it'd be particularly easy given the state of the brand and it's history to build a transformer who's "Indian" as a core part of their character without significant risk of falling into stereotype, but there's a lot in the way of aesthetics, both martial, religious, and/or historic, that could be very easily drawn from India to build a transformer. Doing so with other cultures/histories has been something that's been consistently done since basically the beginning of the brand, and I don't see why India couldn't be a similar source.
