Charlie Adler as the ROTF game Starscream. Holy hell the modulation got so deep he should have been Megatron instead of Frank Welker.

Really all the modulation for all the characters in the game were really off and so gargled i can't hear anything.

i have never hated hearing a voice actor speak in a role more then Matt Hill. it doesn't matter what he has played, i hate hearing his voice. he always sounds like he's trying to talk, while plugging his nose. and is calling that acting.

No wait, that's "Worst Character," not "Worst Voice For A Character." :p

I can't believe nobody's brought up the Omni Productions Headmasters cast.
Have none of you seen the Metronome/Madman DVDs? Or have you just blocked that particular trauma from your collective minds? :peoples:

Whoever did that REEEEEAAAALLLLY slow voice for Blurr (I mean "Wally") deserves special mention in this thread... :wtf:

Kup's G1 post-movie voice pissed me off a lot as a kid. In the movie he sounded old, but still tough and kind of bad-ass (a testament to the wonderful voice of Lionel Stander), but then in season 3, he just sounded like a borderline mentally challenged old fogey ready for the robot nursing home.

Unfortunately, there's a lot to choose from.
    • Growling is not good voice acting...I'm looking at you G1 season 3.
    • BW Terrorsaur and that voice actor's attempt to do Starscream = pure pain
    • Sobolov as Shockwave is completely uninspired. But a lot of TFP voice acting is a snoozefest. I blame the voice director.
But my personal worst is Gary Chalk's Optimus from UT. I know so many people love Gary Chalk and I don't want to put him down because he was great in BW, but the combination of the horrible dialog and the grating effect they used to process his voice makes watching UT impossible for me. I have a physiological aversion to it.
