    Dang, if in good shape, those go for good money at times... Not a downgrade as Tarantulas is a decent figure, but that is not one I'd discard like that...

    Holy shit, isn't that Scorpinok from either the 2007 or Revenge of the Fallen movie? I think I actually had that figure years ago! Not sure I'd pay $25 (or whatever the new deluxe MSRP is) to grab that swapped one, but it did bring up some nostalgia for me.
