I found my $1 K'nex man to be less than charming so I smothered him in low grade putty.

 

I think you did a pretty decent job, all things considered. Worst custom ever? I don't think so. Ask the K'nex babes and see if they dug K'nex man or Bee more, perhaps?

Some LED's and some dry brushing and you def can give frenzyrumble a run for his money.

 

Not bad for your first custom! If it's any consolation, I tried my hand at repainting my Race Mini-Cons with painting paint.

Didn't go over so well.  

 

my first customs were of Animation Colors Hordak and Sands of Fire Skeletor like 10 years ago   Crumbledbee is just something I cobbled together out of boredom or for a cheap gag very much like the small plastic insects pictured below. When I make a real custom for myself I try to do a good job like anyone else  such as my "soft goods" Jawa with light up eyes (also pictured below).

 

It's interesting. I wouldn't say worst custom. It has it's own charm.
